Inside, guests are welcomed by a spacious open floor plan anchored by a luxurious chef's kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances, a gas range, and a generous island ideal for gathering. The adjoining living area opens seamlessly to a screened-in porch, complete with ceiling heaters for year-round enjoyment.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Gatherings and special events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc., are not permitted. Student groups for Spring Break and Graduations are not allowed, even with parental guidance.

    This is our 4th year staying on St Simon’s Island for our summer vacation, and this home was the best by far! Beautiful home, well appointed kitchen, fantastic pool and outdoor shower, lots of space in the house for privacy and just steps from the beach. Couldn’t ask for more!

    We’ve been vacationing on Saint Simons since 2001. This property was one of our favorite locations. Beautiful, well stocked kitchen. Porch and pool area were fantastic as well.
