NEW LISTING BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED 2 STORY TOWNHOME WITH LAKE VIEWS

Me, my wife, and my kids all loved the townhouse, it was awesome. The owners were great people and made sure we was able to find the place easily and made sure we didn’t have any problems while we were there. It was a great time, even my 7 year old son and my 4 year old daughter didn’t want to leave when it was time to go, they said they were having way to much fun to want to leave. It was also a really safe community for our family, and really nice people everywhere around us in the community also. We will definitely go back when we get the chance.

As you walk in the home is warm and cozy with open concept with comfy furnishings. The beds are so comfortable with soft linens. The home was clean and had all essential kitchen items for a smooth stay. It was within walking distance to the lake front and there is a view of the lake from the family room. It was our second time staying here and it won't be our last. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This townhome was so well appointed with regard to the lovely decor as well as amenities offered. Great location and within minutes of stores, fuel and several restaurants. We enjoyed the little lake front park like area with benches and gazebo for enjoying the view. Our hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely book with Tammy again.

It was very comfortable and well layed out. There are stairs to the bedrooms, so be aware of that. We were very pleased.

The townhouse was nice, clean, spacious and peaceful. Very nice people in the area, and property owner was very nice and communicated in a timely manner when needed.

First off, I would like to Thank Ms. Tammy for giving us a chance to stay in her home with our special circumstances. The home is beautiful and I didn’t want to get out of the bed in the master bedroom. I cooked every day, the home had everything you need and lots of towels. The neighbors were extra friendly, the views from the home were awesome!

Condo was very clean and very nicely furnished. Had everything we needed and was well stocked with towels and such. Very comfy beds. I would rent this one again in a heartbeat!!

Very nice place. Close to west gate, so close to restaurants and grocery.. Could use a couple more towel hooks.

Property was as advertised, nice updates, plenty of room and a great view. Bathroom/bedrooms could have had some hooks for hanging up towels, clothes and bathrobes. Furniture was not very comfortable.

We all were very pleased with this trip. The cleanliness, location, and a great manager. You won't be disappointed

We have a traditional golf tournament each fall in early October. HSV is a GREAT place for this tournament. The weather is amazing and the golf courses are amazing as well. This place we stayed in was a quaint little bungalow with all of the amenities we needed to enjoy our week of golf. Our host was very helpful and we found the place to be very clean and well kept. You will too!

Lovely place and location. Beautiful grounds, lake, trails, golf, etc. Great communication with owners and just all around beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Drinking coffee, looking out the bay window on to the lake, was the best way to start the morning. ? The home is cozy and perfect for a relaxing get away! The area and neighbors were lovely. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!! It’s just a 30 minute drive to Hot Springs to enjoy the bathhouses or to Garven Gardens for a relaxing nature hike.

Took my kids on our first out of state trip just the three of and this rental was PERFECT! Amazing spot, safe, so clean, and communication was so easy. Can’t recommend this stay or host enough!
