Clean, spacious, and well appointed with an awesome view.

This is a new construction property with amazing relaxing views and top notch everything; top of the line appliances, tvs, dish ware, decor, stemware, everything. The soft closing cabinets… ahhhh… so nice! The garage/ game room is huge and was great for loading and unloading. Beds great, and double master was wonderful for separating quiet people from loud people. We also enjoyed the outdoor firepit and roasted sausages with lake backdrop. So relaxing!

Wonderfully equipped. Had a seafood dinner one night and had everything we needed to cook up a delicious dinner. Clean - the house, the yard, it was nice. Pet areas were well kept. View was great. Easy access from 101. We’ll be back again.

This was our third time staying at this lovely VRBO, and once again it was perfect! The location is fabulous—just a short drive to Old Town Florence. We specifically planned our visit over the 4th of July weekend so we could enjoy the fireworks over the river from the comfort of the living room, and it didn’t disappoint. It was ideal to join the festivities during the day, then head back to the house before the crowds, make dinner, and watch the show from the cozy living room.We prepared most of our meals at the house, and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy and enjoyable. With two master suites, the space was incredibly comfortable for four adults. The house is always spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we need—shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and more. Being able to bring our dog was such a bonus.And the bed? So comfortable! The ping pong table in the game room was also a fun touch. We absolutely love this home and will definitely return.

We had such a beautiful relaxing weekend at this vacation home! This place is gorgeous, spacious and very well stocked & maintained. A beautiful view of the bay from front windows. The property management was very responsive and helpful when we had questions about the blinds dowstairs and the outside lockbox. We will definitely stay here again! MM very responsive

Wonderful ?

My husband and I stayed in this amazing house for 2 nights. It’s a beautiful house that is comfortable and has all of the items that we needed to enjoy our stay. When we entered the house, the lights were on and there was music playing, which was a nice touch. The view of the bay is amazing from the living room on the top floor! The well-stocked kitchen included everything that we needed for our stay (including a dog water dish and measuring spoons). The shower had great water pressure and the towels were soft and smelled good. The bed on the upper level was SO comfortable!! While we relaxed the first evening of our stay (enjoying the beautiful view) we booked our next trip to enjoy the house again next summer and bring 2 of our friends. The house will easily work for 2 couples with another master bedroom and living area downstairs (they will even have their own kitchen area). Oh, and the ping pong table was so much fun (neither of us had played that in years)! We got to watch the Duck football game on the large TV that was playing on Peacock (a channel that we don’t get on our home TV). I’m excited that we have another trip scheduled!

The house was perfect for our weeklong family trip to Florence. Spacious, and comfortable. Close to town, dunes and beaches. Great view of the bay from the dining and family room. Would recommend.

This house lives up to the photos! Very beautiful area with a fantastic view! The only couple of complaints I had was there wasn’t any “green” space for the dog to use the bathroom and the beds are noisy. Otherwise 5 stars

This was our second stay at this property and it just keeps getting better. It's a beautifully designed, immaculate, well-stocked home that warmly welcomes you from the moment you step through the door. The outside of the property has just as much thought put into it as the home itself and was an absolute pleasure to explore. We were even blessed to hear a chorus of frogs from the upstairs master bedroom most nights during our stay. We spent a lot of time enjoying the priceless view from the living room and even walking from the rental across the Sislaw Bridge to Old Town. It was an unbeatable experience that we wish we could repeat. Perhaps a future stay will allow us to do just that. Not only is the home a five-star experience all the way around, but the host, Jim, and his company are an absolute pleasure to work with. We first started renting properties managed by Jim in 2021 and were so impressed that we now make it a point to only rent properties managed by Jim when we visit Florence. Thank you for another memorable vacation! You simply can't go wrong with a stay at this stunning rental. We can't wait to return for a third trip here.
