New listing! Beautiful lakefront 3 bedroom 3 bath home, private dock, hot tub, pets, gas, grill

Always great to find a beautiful home with fantastic views that can be enjoyed by the entire family, including the dogs. Well stocked kitchen and endless supply of board games, as well.

Incredible beauty, views and access to lake and nearby marina. Perfect spot for our family vacation. We utilized the boats. The only frustration was the lack of items being stocked in the house and the incompleteness of the list of items available. The trash bags were rationed and we ran out. They have a high chair and pack and play that wasn’t on the listing. They also had adult and child life jackets which are not inventoried on the listing, Communication was slow at times with getting questions answered and other times responsive. We loved the location and would stay again!

Beautiful view

Beautiful views of the quiet Siltcoos lake!! Nice kitchen and spacious areas for guests. Some repairs needed with broken slider door handle and outside chairs. Cleaning 3/5 but would recommend and stay again.

The view was amazing! We loved cooking and sitting at the large island. Plenty of room for our group. The pedal boat was fun for the kids. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening while the sun set. It was difficult to find the house, but management got us there while interacting on the phone. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall a great experience the house has plenty of space and a great view of the lake... The house had plenty of space in the backyard with a dock that made it easy to access the lake and use the provided kayaks and paddle boat. I would recommend the house as its very private but still close enough to town to enjoy Florence.

We spent five days at Siltcoos heights with extended family and our two dogs and it was the most relaxing and amazing trip. What a stunning view to wake up to every morning!! My daughter and I fished from the dock every day and our whole family loved the kayaks and pedal boat. We also loved the massive kitchen and dining area for family meals. Thank you so, so much for making your beautiful home available, and we are already choosing dates to come back next summer!!

Lovely view and space for all of is

This house has an amazing view ! It was clean and comfortable ! The parking was a little challenging , you are only allowed 3 cars and we had 4 , so we went down to darlings marina and they’ll let you park for 10 a night and then either have someone pick you up or walk back….we have a lot of family in the area so when they wanted to visit it was challenging! The water was warm and the dock was nice … the steps down were very challenging!!! Like someone said in another review , if your older or have bad knees and want to go down to dock might not be able too. My family is very active so we took them as a workout challenge!

Close to old town. Wonderful views. Very comfortable stay

Such a serene, relaxing environment. Home was perfect for two couples, lots of catching up while cooking and sharing a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the lake, comfy couches, really didn’t need to leave the lake home at all but very close to Florence and Sand Dune adventures. Property management company was prompt with check-in/out procedures. All in all a lovely stay! Will caution home and property has lots of stairs. One in our party had a previous knee replacement and struggled to get down to the dock but was fine with stairs leading to the home and inside of the home. Would absolutely rent again if in the area!

Overall stay was satisfactory. We were advised in advance the hot tub was not working and the property management team was very responsive with communications, and gave a small refund. However, it was disappointing because that was one of the reasons we booked it. The scenery was spectacular! Due to allowing pets, we were not surprised to find traces of pet hair but the sheets on the hideaway bed downstairs were dirty. There are a lot of stairs to get from the driveway to the house, and the stairs inside are a bit steep so is not recommended for those with knee issues. The kitchen island was big and a good space to gather when snacking or preparing meals. Again, the view is spectacular and was nice to have 3 bathrooms for a group of women. Thank you!

My family was looking for a quick getaway with our dogs. The lakehouse did not disappoint! There is plenty of space and ammenities, a dog run, and easy to clean floors. We felt right at home and stress free. The from the firepit is breathtaking.

What a wonderful location and house for staying and relaxing. I would strongly recommend this house. Enjoyed thoroughly.
