*NEW LISTING* Beautiful Lake Front Home w/ Hot Tub. Close to Downtown Florence and Dunes

This was a great spot for our group we had a handful of kids and we enjoyed the layout. The lake was fun for fishing and we enjoyed our morning coffee in the hot tub. Very quiet location but close enough to Florence for town fun. The house could use more supplies such as trash bags and dishwashing soaps, the linens smelled a bit musty. We would rent again.

Great house with plenty of space for cars and trucks. The home was spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. We had a wonderful time, especially enjoying the hot tub. It did take most all day for the hot tub to reach 99°, and the lights weren’t working, but overall it was a great place to stay.

This place is very nice however for the cost I did notice some shortcomings that would improve the visit. First: the hot tub is located down a short stairs to a lower level from the house deck in a heavy fir tree covered area with absolute no lights after darkness, totally unsafe for use after dark. The Foosball table in one bedroom takes up allot of space with no ball for the table, kids were very displeased. The masterbath shower has no light, might be in the fan assembly and burnt out. Showering in total dark not enjoyable. Handicap access ramp coming to house has shifted and needs to be leveled. Low intensity lighting would also make access to the entry much improved. Water pressure is unstable in upper bedroom shower and kitchen sink. Stool in upstairs bedroom gaming table has a hazard nail /tack coming trough the covering.

Was clean and well appointed. Hot tub clean and perfect temperature. And we found mushrooms on the property! It was beautiful, relaxing, sweet. Just what we needed for our staff retreat.

We loved the property and the house was very cool with an interesting layout. Our only compaint is the hot tub. Upon opening the cover to the hot tub it looked very dirty with brown foam & scum sticking to the side, the water also stunk. We did notify the manager twice and they said they would have someone come out to check it but because it was filled with lake/pond water that's how it usually appears, we saw not evidence that anyone came out. Everyone who stayed at the house found this to be disgusting so no one was comfortable using the hot tub. For us to rent a place, having a hot tub is very high on our list. Honestly we won't rent a house if it doesn['t have a hot tub so that was very disapointing. Also, not sure but it appreard that the water source for the house was also the lake/pond water, run through filtration so we definately used bottled water for drinking & cooking, if this is true there should be a disclaimer in VRBO. Not everyone's going to be comfortable showering with lake/pond water.

Property is very nice, however, the hot tub was really dirty and unusable. I would stay there again if the hot tub was clean. Nice path down to the lake family had a good time. Also wood pellet stove was not working.

Enjoyed everything about our accommodations.The house was excellent.Only problem we had was getting access to the door entrance.

The place was not ready when we arrived. The house was beautiful, but it was definitely not Lakeside as described in listing. Again, the house was nice, but not at all what we were expecting. There was one roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms. ONE roll for several people. The kitchen was very functional and had plenty of dishes and pots and pans which we did appreciate. I was also expecting a 20% discount as it was a new listing.

Overall, we had a great time at this rental house. The biggest complaint I had was the opening above the master bedroom. The beds were not very comfortable, but we still slept just fine. The only bath or showers available are only in the two suites, so that made it difficult for planning showers and bathroom time. We made it work however. The outdoor space with the trees, the deck and the hot tub were amazing. The room above the garage was great for couples or families that wanted to be isolated from everyone else.

Loved this place. Plenty of room for us all. Walk to nearby parks. Short drive to restaurants and oceanfront. Private setting. We had a great time.

The home offered plenty of space for our family of nine. The kitchen was well equipped. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub. The location gave us close and easy access to coast, dunes and quaint town of Florence.

Lovely home. It had everything we needed for 9 people. Secluded property. Kids loved the hot tub.Did have a mouse friend in the kitchen. But your in the woods so not surprising We really loved our time here.

This home worked well for our family of 8. Everything was in good order and was working. Having a few more kitchen supplies (tea, coffee) would have been useful. It rained most of the time we were there, but we stayed cozy inside when not out for the family wedding we were in town for.

We really enjoyed staying here. The kitchen is a great space and had everything we needed. We were unable to get both TVs connected to the internet but fortunately, one of our party carries a tech bag and he was able to hook up a fire stick.

Very nice place, great for families. Housekeeping could do better, we found a lot of animal hair throughout the house and the deck was slick in places.

Overall the stay was perfect! Loved the accommodation and the attention to detail by the owner.

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our needs- husband, wife, teen, preteen, and mother-law. We could have had several more family members and still feel comfortable. The house was clean and cozy. We loved that the house had some fancy elements to it yet was very relaxing and laid back. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several dinners. And we loved that the house was dog friendly! Great books and board games too! A couple of quirks: one of the sinks in the master bath was missing its faucet. No biggie though. There are only two full baths- one in the master suite and the other in the guest suite above the garage. So anyone staying in the bunk room or the small room with the Murphy bed had to use the shower in our room. The hot tub was delightful but the chlorine burned our eyes dreadfully. Lastly, the back deck could be spruced up but it was a great area to sit and read a book or have a cocktail. All in all we had a great time and will likely be back!

Nice property… needs a few minor things fixed and we gave a list to the property managers. Upstairs bed bit soft for me but was ok for my husband … I just threw the futon mattress on the floor doubled up and made a sleeping space for me - it worked just fine. Overall happy with the place.

We love Florence! It’s beautiful in the summer. This is our second home we rented through iTrip. The first was built n Mercer Lake and it was perfect. This one missed the mark in a few areas but we still enjoyed ourselves.

This was a beautiful house and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Hung out in the kitchen with a cute little mousey. We adapted to him & he adapted to us. Coulda used a few more stocked supplies
