Serendipity Too is the vacation home you've been looking for in a quiet coastal neighborhood. Enjoy all the comforts of home, within walking distance to Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

Is food your love language Continuing through the living room you'll find the well stocked kitchen and a dining area that sits 6, with barstool seating for 2 at the kitchen counter.

Just outside the dining area is a luxurious hot tub and propane BBQ that will be welcome after a day of enjoying the beautiful coast. In the front of the house, there is a dining table so you can enjoy a peaceful setting with the breeze from the Bay and the lovely landscaped yard.

On the main level, there is a bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom just right outside the door. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and a view of Netarts Bay and Cape Lookout. The other upstairs bedroom also has a queen size bed. There is a full size bathroom in between the 2 bedrooms.

For your convenience the home has a full size washer and dryer - laundry detergent provided.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my mother on a getaway to the pacific northwest and wanted a quiet, clean and relaxing place to call home for a few days. I was a bit weary of the numerous vacasa listings along the coast (these are probably nice as well but it is corporate and reviews were not always amazing). I specifically chose Shore Thing Rentals because it is local. I was not disappointed. The view was much better than I imagined with views onto the bay looking out on the seals basking on the sand bar. Deer come up to the cottage in the morning. The home was spotless, fairly newly renovated, and has all utensils and ammenities you could think of. I can’t really list any negative point here and would gladly recommend and will likely return here.

This was for family coming in to town for my kiddos baptism. The accomodations were immaculate. There was a hiccup with the refrigerator and the host did an amazing job helping them thru the process, including replacing some groceries thatwere questionable . 100 % will use this property again!

Reviewer Comments: I rent vacations homes in Netarts at least once a year and decided to try out this house because of its location and it did not disappoint. It was very well maintained and supplied with everything we needed. The hot tub was clean, we could walk to both restaurants, and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that I could suggest is making some directions on how to turn on the TV, lol. It looked so much like a hanging picture that it took us a few minutes to figure it out. Idea for 2-4 people but could easily accompany six. I'm sure we'll be renting it again in the future.
