Despite being told we could check in at 4 PM, the house was not clean. Housekeeping did not finish until well after 5 PM. And did not clean the house satisfactory. Vacuuming was not completed, and the bathrooms were not stocked with soap or other necessities.

So clean. Amazing. Outdoor spaces were inviting and beautiful. Lake was really right there with an easily accessible dock and kayaks/paddle board to use. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room for a whole family (or two!) to spread out.

This home is one of the best we have stayed.The proximity to town is a big plus and the view of the lake is unforgettable. The grounds are well taken care of and the house was clearly put together by somebody who knows how to decorate.We would not hesitate to stay here again

What a great place. Kitchen was stocked very well. Would have been nice if some of the cupboards were consolidated so we would have had a empty cupboard for food. But, otherwise, the kitchen was awesome! Could have used a few more kitchen towels. The house had everything as promised. The paddleboards were great fun and we enjoyed the fire pit. There was ample parking aside from the driveway in front of the garage. We plan on a return visit next year!!

The house and property are exquisite. I have been going to Lake Woahink my entire life and I’m very familiar with the lake and general area. It’s going to be hard to beat this gem. The house is secluded and very large - comfortably slept 14 (I see the max person limit has dropped to 10 which is a little unfortunate). It was very clean. The property was meticulously maintained. The dock was in very good condition and could comfortably accommodate our 19 ft boat. It is accessed by a fairly long path with stairs. The only thing that was a little weird (hence the 4 stars) was a complaint we received on the first day for driving our boat “erratically”. Apparently a neighbor called the property management company who called me to let me know. We had been very respectful operating the boat so it was a bit of a surprise and put us on edge for the rest of the trip. The property management company was nice about it, explaining she knew it probably wasn’t me but some of the neighbors get a little persnickety about short term rentals (understandable), and then she told me someone from her company might drop by so “be sure to say hi.” After a few days of no one showing up, I began to wonder if this was just a scare tactic. It was just a little weird and not handled well by the property mgmt company in my opinion. But again, the property is fantastic and I would absolutely return.

Had a great time on the lake and beaches near by, dunes as well. Property had nice grounds and a dock, paddle boards and kayaks. Grandkids had a good time on the lake and enjoyed the entertainment room downstairs.

The home was immaculately cared for and very well appointed, easily the most well stocked property we have ever rented and we travel quite a bit! The house is well designed for a large group with ample space for all to gather and separate spaces for smaller gatherings. We enjoyed beautiful views of Woahink lake! It’s close to many great attractions on the Central Oregon coast. We highly recommend this place to other travelers!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Seven Pines! The lake view was spectacular and the home was beautiful. Our family enjoyed kayaking on the lake and making s’mores on the fire pit. I would highly recommend this home for your next vacation in Florence!

This is a great house on beautiful lakeside property! The house was very clean and there were a ton of amenities between the fire pit, dock, board games, gas grill, and so many others. Ideal location to go to the dunes and rent ATVs, or go enjoy the beach.

What a beautiful home . Great getaway . Beautiful views . Right now just a heads up it's tick season . But over all stay amazing and definitely going to keep this place in my must return file

Lovely home and beautiful lakeside property. It was a great spot for our family gathering with ages from 8 to 75 years old. We would love to come back in the summer sometime! Property owner was great in communication and quick to get back on all inquiries. Highly recommended.

Great house for a large family to gather. Pros: The furniture was impressive! As usual, Urban Lumber made some great pieces. The games kept us all entertained. Poker table, retro arcade games, board games, ect. Dock on the lake was nice. Beautiful view and private/secluded area. Plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone. Cons: We were told right before our stay, only parking for 4 cars. I think a dozen could fit there. I had planned to bring my boat, put in across the lake and park only my boat trailer at the house which would have been easy. We didn't get much sun at all in late November. Frost on the ground all day which is weird for the coast. I think the summer months would be very nice. Some of the house could use some updating (cabinetry, countertops, appliances), but everything worked fine. Overall, we had a great time. Thanks!

All our friends since childhood and their adult kids and spouses came for my husband’s 50th Birthday! They live all over so this is very rare. It was a perfect weekend with lots of laughs, drinks, big family dinners, and casino night. Thank you for such a perfect home and we will make this a yearly trip!

We have a small company of five staff, we did a retreat in this house to mostly rest and get to know each other since we all work remotely we never have those moments to get to know each other better. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. Tons of bathrooms as well. The kitchen has tons of dishes and stuff so we had no need for anything that wasn't there. The view is amazing. Lots of natural light in the home and plenty of room to socialize and get away for a private moment. The grounds are well maintained as is the home. We had a great time and might make it our annual spot.

Great property and house. The house is spacious with large decks overlooking beautiful lake. Kitchen had everything we needed. All TVs had cable and the streaming services so we were able to watch all the football games. Firepit and plenty of wood was great and we used everyday. Used the kayaks to boat around the lake. Overall one of the best houses we have ever stayed at.

This house is an absolute dream place for a beautiful, peaceful getaway. My husband and I were traveling to the area for the first time with our dog and I would have to say that after years of renting vacation properties across the country, Seven Pines has to be the best! Where to start??? The huge deck with fire table for breathtaking view of the lake and for watching spectacular sunsets, the fully stocked kitchen (seriously, everything you might need and nice quality items, enough for a very large crowd!), the master suite with two separate bathrooms and a walk-in closet, the boat dock with multiple kayaks, the 3 acres of beautiful landscape all fenced, the big firepit complete with firewood - perfect for a sunset glass of wine, the immaculately clean house, the beautiful and comfortable furniture throughout with stunning decorator touches everywhere. We were there for 5 nights and were so sad to have to leave; hope to be able to return for longer. There is so much to do and see in the Florence area and up and down the Oregon coast - great hikes, beaches, and cute little towns, but you actually don't have to leave the house to fully enjoy an amazing vacation!!

Great little retreat house with fun right out the back door: lake toys, fire pit, lots of tables and chairs for good fellowship. It was a lovely spot!

We had a great time at the lake house. The scenery is beautiful and the house is great. We had a big group and there was plenty of space for everyone. The deck is awesome for sitting and enjoying the outdoors, and our family spent tons of time fishing off the dock. It was a great week and we can’t wait to come back!
