NEW LISTING! 5Bed 3Bath Lakefront Retreat, 2 slip dock, sun deck & slide!

Absolutely great with plenty of room between the kitchen upstairs and downstairs. We loved the covered porch with cornhole and covered hot tub on the rainy days! The deck slide was amazing, and the kayaks were great. I never knew how much an industrial ice maker would change my life with packing up for the boat! Lots of things to do in the basement. The grill and Blackstone together were really handy. The view of the lake from the deck was one of our favorites compared to past years. The trip down to the dock was a bit more strenuous than prior visits to Norris, that is just the side of the lake we were on, it was no issue for us but possibly for less mobile people. The only suggestion I would make, is to have blinds on the lower-level BR (or bring an eye mask). It was a great location and house; we loved our stay. Our host was very prompt to return text messages. Check out was a breeze.

Our family had an excellent stay at this lakefront property! Appreciated that the dock was wooden so it didn’t get too hot. Loved all of the games and DVDs on the lower level, and the fire pit and hot tub for chilly nights! Great amenities.

This house is perfect for every age! We have ages 8-16 and they loved everything from the rooms, the game room, the decks, hot tub, and the private dock! The owners were so easy to connect with when we had questions. We would definitely go back! Also, there is a boat ramp less than a half mile from the property which made it real convenient!

We've been coming to Norris Lake every summer for many years, so we've stayed in our fair share of houses. This house was great!! We had 4 teenage boys and 4 adults, and there were several beds we didn't even use - tons of room. The house has every possible game you can imagine - darts, ping pong, carpet ball, corn hole, foosball, and more! This was a lot of fun in the evenings once we came up from the lake. The interior of the house is very modern and clean, comfortable furniture/beds, etc. 2 huge, gorgeous decks with stunning views of the lake. Large cove - location on the lake is perfect, a little bit down from some of the heavily populated/rented areas. Double-decker dock w/slide...kayaks, lilly pad and life jackets already there for you, which is so convenient! Powell Valley Marina is a short 7-min pontoon ride, so super easy to rent a boat from, and they have a restaurant there as well. The walk down to the dock is very steep, but this is clear from the listing's pictures and we knew this going into it - doesn't bother us, and it's very common on Norris. But good to know if you have really young or elderly in your group (or anyone who's physical abilities might be compromised). We'd rent this place again for sure!

We had a wonderful week at the lake. The home is a wonderful size and gave everyone their own space. The lower level was a dream for the kids with all of the games and the bar area gave the adults a place to play euchre nightly. The two level dock was a hit with not only with the kids, but the adults. We enjoyed the slide and being able to jump from the top. Having kayaks and a lillypad right on the dock made it very convenient. House was just a short boat ride to many marinas and it was nice having food delivery from Food Lion. A few items to note, there are a lot of steps to get from the house to the water, though once you are down there it is worth it. There is internet, although at times the connection was slow when there were a number of people trying to use it. Overall, a great trip and highly recommend this location.
