Our home is part of a small community (10 homes) and we share a large common pool. It's perfect for large families that want a space to hang out after a long day on the beach. There is ample parking for multiple cars and guests.

Stayed May 24, 2025My 11 family members plus dogs spent a fabulous week at this prime beach spot in surfside beach. When we walked in the pictures were as advertised. The house was in great condition, beds were all comfortable, furniture not worn, and we never had an issue with hot water or water pressure with the large group that stayed here. The house is in a great location, right on the beach and near several great restaurants. We had family of all ages (3-73) and everyone constantly raved about the quality of the house (specifically having hot water and comfy beds) and location. We did need to communicate with the owners during our stay and their responsiveness and ability to address our query was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting here again and staying that this location.
