New Lighthouse - Spacious Home Near Beach with King Beds, Pool & Heated Spa

We had a great time at this property! The hot tub was nice and warm (big too)! There was enough room for everyone. The hosts were responsive to all needs and had positive communication.

Very nice place to stay with my family and friends. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard with the fireplace. Also, the host was very responsive to questions we had operating the spa and other questions we had.

Great time there beach was walking distance from the house plenty of room for the family comfortable beds everything you need in the kitchen awesome back yard David & Patti are wonderful host

Fabulous stay- beds were comfortable, lots of great public spaces for hanging out.

Everything was great, property was clean which seems rare for a lot of these beach houses, host was very accommodating and even answered questions about the hot tub late in the evening.

House was musty when we arrived. AC range limitations (71 cool) did not allow for a setting low enough for air to come on overnight, leading to stagnant, humid, and uncomfortable temperatures in upstairs bedrooms. Not terrible, but not worth the amount we paid.

The location was great. Very close to lots of public access beach locations. Close to restaurants, etc. It accommodated our large group well and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

Wonderful house. Very clean. with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The pool was amazing and just a short stroll to the beach.

The property exceeded our expectations! Our large family had plenty of space to spread out in the spacious home. The pool was major highlight for backyard. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

This was a excellent place to stay my family really enjoyed it. Everything you need is right in close range beach grocery store dollar general Walmart and a nice park . The house offers so much . The backyard pool and spa is paradise. And the owners are great . We will certainly be back .Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the house, with proximity to everything we were looking for. A couple bumps with appliances were immediately addressed. The property managers were very nice, prompt & attentive. We were happy, comfortable, and would enjoy staying here again.

House was very well equipped and while there were only 2 of us this house would be great for a larger group. We loved the pool and hot tub. The house was within walking distance to the beach which was very convenient.

Good stay in butler beach

We appreciated the spacious rooms with king size beds and twin size for kids. It was clean and the instructions were clear ,leaving no room for surprises. David and Patti responded promptly.Will look to stay here again if ever in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Off the record commend- wish there were bathrooms especially on the 3rd floor.clean. The instructions were very clear

The property not just met, but exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms are large and the location is very good. 15 minutes to Historic downtown St. Augustine and so close to the beach. The owners, David & Patti were great to work with. They answered any question in a very timely fashion. We recommend this home to everyone. Five Stars

This property is spacious, well maintained and managed. Beautiful layout for families. So easy to drive to beach with vehicle access. Backyard is great! Fenced for pets and pool/spa was perfect. Quiet neighborhood!

This was our second stay at this property and everything was just as WONDERFUL as the first stay! The house is so big and roomy and the pool is perfect for every age! (Love the shallow area for the little ones) We never even left the pool for the beach, even though it’s just a short walk away! The kitchen is stocked and ready to accommodate everyone. This house has become our yearly family gathering spot and will continue to be our number one choice! Dave and Patti are awesome and always easy to get a hold of! The place is just PERFECT!

Absolutely loved this home. The pool and spa were amazing. Plenty of room for our whole crew and the walk to the beach didn’t take long at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Property needs upkeep and updated bathrooms. But for the price it was Great.

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our needs. Lots of space and rooms were great! The pool was awesome! Close to the beach. Crossing A1A was a little challenging at times but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. All in all a great experience!

This was in a great location within a 10-minute walk to the beach, although we spent most of our time in the backyard. The pool was ideal for the grandkids and space to spread out - play in pool, relax in raised spa to watch kids or lounge on the deck or covered patio. We even had a small bonfire to enjoy on the hot summer night! Great place for families!
