Great location for kids and pets. Town park literally in backyard. Tennis courts, playground, dog park within easy walking distance. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed it!

Great spot. Not large, but makes good use of the available space. Nice covered porch/back deck area w/ grill & firepit adds much to the experience. Close to shops & dining.

The host was wonderful and responded to any questions I had very quickly. The place was clean and neat. Very good location too. It was perfect for us!

The home was conveniently located to many local spots and is in a very great location. My only wish is that for a 100 cleaning fee it actually be clean when arriving. The microwave had dirty food hand prints on them, the mirrors were dirty ,and cob webs were hanging in bedrooms. As an employee of a cleaning company I just expected more for a 100 cleaning fee. Overall the place was comfortable and very conveniently located.

The property wasn’t very clean at all. Wouldn’t even use the toaster oven because it was dirty, had to wash the coffee pot and components before using and then the coffee pot didn’t even work and the owner did not provide a new one. Location was great though

The hosts were attentive and made sure we were settled into the home. We felt the rental was clean and in a nice location, walking distance to Ellicottville. The rental is in need of some updates. It seemed overpriced for the condition of the home.

Perfect for a ski weekend. Clean and plenty of beds and space. Great location to downtown Ellicottville and 5 minutes from Holiday Valley

Clean, warm, well appointed, with comfortable beds. Took a ski trip with friends and my teenage son, and we had plenty of space for the four of us. Tony and Jennifer were responsive to my questions before and during our stay, and included some recommendations on where to eat nearby. Highly recommend this space for a family ski weekends.

Great place in an awesome ski town. Will definitely return to rent from Tony and Jennifer again.

Great place to stay for a ski trip weekend!

Close drive to slopes and town. Couldn't figure out the thermostat but got a hold of the homeowner who told us what to do. Couldn't find homeowners number but it was there so if that could be more easily noticed. We enjoyed our stay!

House is great. No laundry though and no laundry in town. That’s the only negative. Loved Ellicottville.

Great place to relax in a peaceful setting while still being close enough to town to enjoy that too.

The location was great near the center of Ellicottville. We were going to Bonnie's family weekend so a closer spot would've been better for us. It's a perfect place to cozy up for winter fun! A few negatives. Hairs in tub and sink, dusty corners. No batteries for remote upstairs.

Our stay was perfect. The home is located walking distance to shops and resaurants, yet quiet and surrounded by green space. I especially enjoyed the Arboretum next door for walking. Home was clean, well appointed and the beds comfy. The porch was wonderful for morning coffee andcreadi g.

The host was very responsive and friendly, and everything was clean inside. Great location, we were easily able to walk into town. I highly recommend this place.

Check in process was smooth and host even provides a detailed summary of recommended bars, entertainment, and dining options. Vicinity to downtown strip and Holiday Valley make this a nice options for those traveling to town.
