New House in Quiet Location with Modern Amenities near Beach Lake and Town

This was a very nice place. Clean, lots of space, good location. The only comment I have is about the spiders and their webs outside — haha. No sign of any inside at al. Otherwise great. Thank you.

Let's start with positives. Location is great, several easy blocks from the beach, nice neighborhood for walking, close enough to town, but also far enough away. It was so quiet, which was lovely. House was a perfect size for my friend and me. Not impressed with communication. I messaged through the VRBO app the day before we arrived to ask about a blender and tea kettle. Didn't receive an answer until the next day (after leaving home) and conflicting answers from two people. We were given a key code to access the key, but were not informed of two lock boxes. There were no instructions for which one and only one had an obvious key pad (for which our code didn't work). That caused unnecessary stress which would have been avoided with clear communication. Had to hold for awhile to reach someone, but got in. We found rumpled looking sheets on the full-sized bed with a couple of hairs and spots on them. Not acceptable. The towels as well were all dingy and dirty/stained/worn. We called back to Vacasa who said they would contact the local team. We got a call from Shannon from the local team who was kind. She referred us to a spare set of sheets in the closet. Unfortunately the spare flat sheet was also stained. Luckily I had a Rumpl in my truck so I slept under it. Overall needs a deep cleaning (baseboards, room corners, dishes). Had minor (annoying) issues with toilets running and bathroom heater that wouldn't shut off. No cheese grater (really?). Cute little house close to the beach! House is within walking distance to the beach. Big kitchen and table for games and puzzles. Nice sized bar to cook.

This was a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the location. Just a few minute stroll to the beach. The outside space could use some TLC. The cob-webs and major weeds all around the house really took away from the curb appeal. It was really not usable space. The inside of the house was very comfortable and very nice. It was surface clean, but not that clean if you looked close. As in doors, baseboards, windows, shower curtain, we're all quite dirty. Loose facet and plugged sink. If they cleaned that up it would have made a major difference in the overall rating. We would have given it a 5 star. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable and we would stay there again.

Cute little house that was well decorated and comfortable. Very close to the beach and towns nearby.

Had a great time with my family and enjoyed the property

I spent the weekend with a friend at the house, and we had a great time. The house was clean and check-in and check out was a breeze. Well-stocked with extra towels and blankets and all the kitchen cookware we needed. The beach is lovely here and a short 5 minute walk. It was quiet and not as much traffic or people as in Cannon Beach where we've stayed during other visits to the Oregon Coast. Good wifi for Zoom meetings too in case you have to squeeze a little work in.

The gas grill was DANGEROUS and should not be used. Not heat in the master bedroom. The couch is not usable for it's most basic function. It is not a comfortable place to sit.
