Stayed Dec 31, 2023The stay was very good, communication with the host is very easy. We asked for early check in and they accepted without any conditions. The house is spacious, we had 11 people in our group and it was perfect. However, 2 of the lights were out and the house got quite dark at night but other than that everything else was great! Thank you for hosting us :)

Stayed Feb 16, 2023For my 40th birthday, 6 girls and I ventured from MN to Charlotte to celebrate. We stayed at this property and it worked well for us. Overall, the place was clean and tidy and Bri was very responsive. There were some issues waking up to two loud barking dogs in the backyard. And the kitchen wasn't as stocked with utensils as we had hoped to cook our meals. That said, when we needed a wine opener, Bri saved the day and purchased on and hung it on our door.

Stayed Oct 28, 2022This place was perfect for a rental stay. Stayed a couple nights in Charlotte with a good sized group of Coworkers. It was super convenient in terms of location, well outfitted for VRBO, and the hot tub was super nice!!! Would definitely stay here again and recommend.
