New Home with Private Pool - 7 Bedrooms, Walk to Beach

We stayed at this wonderful Rehoboth Beach house for the 3rd time when we needed a winter escape. Previously we had been in the summer, but even in the winter it never disappoints! The open living areas are very inviting, the kitchen is fantastic for cooking up family meals, and the pool deck is an absolute highlight (we used it less this visit, but typically we spend hours out there relaxing in the summer by the pool). The house is always super clean and well stocked (owners and property manager also responsive if anything does come up). Never had any issues with beds previously- but my wife did notice this time around that the mattresses seemed new and were very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a perfect vacation spot!

Spent a long weekend in this beautiful, spacious home with 13 of my closest friends and we had the best time. Upon entering the home, it was very clean, with everything you could possibly need for a stay. This home had a lot of thought put into it, and the amount of space in the house was plenty for 14 women! Courtney was very responsive, and so was the property manager during our stay. A quick walk to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and quick drive to Dewey restaurants and nightlife, it was in the perfect location. Hopefully one day I will have another reason to stay at this house again, as it was such a treat, like a resort away from home in good ole Rehoboth. It was hard to leave! Thank you Courtney for truly making my weekend and allowing us to stay in your lovely home!

The house is large and having a pool was wonderful! The basement was great for toddlers to run around on several rainy days!The furnishings in the first floor were easy to use. The bedrooms sizes were also ample. However the bedrooms were not well appointed. In the first floor primary, no dresser, nightstands very flimsy, and worst of all, the beds in every bedroom were unbelievably uncomfortable! Extremely bad, thin mattresses made each adult wake up with back pain. Also while I’m very aware that utensils in a rental are never particularly nice. These were so horrendous, really when one pays this much for a rental, one step up would have been appropriate.

I highly recommend this beautiful new beach home. It was the perfect home base for our large, multigenerational family. The kids loved the pool, basketball hoop, basement play areas and tech/entertainment features, while the adults appreciated it’s convenient location, the covered outdoor sitting area, outdoor shower, and how new and clean the whole home feels. The host was gracious and responsive.

The house comfortably accommodated our 14 family and friends with 7 BRs and a nice basement. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults alike and the outdoor furniture was plentiful for all to enjoy. Walking distances to Rehoboth Beach and Dewey were not excessive especially for the kids. All enjoyed their stay!

My family and I had a lovely time at this location. Everything was clean, modern, and the pool was nice and warm. Our three toddlers had a blast and the adults enjoyed the stay!

We liked that the open kitchen/dining/living room provided a good space for our large group to gather all together. The house was bright and cozy with plenty of room to spread out and relax. It didn’t feel like a long walk to the beach at all. All the rooms in the house were very clean.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house for a friends and family trip to Rehoboth Beach. It's in a great location right off of Route 1, with easy access to grocery stores and dining. It's also a simple walk to the boardwalk and beach. Inside, the house was spacious and well-equipped. Lots of helpful baby gear like a stroller, crib, pack-n-play, and a variety of toys in the basement. Outside, we loved floating blissfully in the pool, and the nighttime lights were a really nice touch. The built-in speakers, indoors and out, made for a fun environment. Great outdoor seating for lounging and dining. Overall, I think we made use of every part of the property and were very happy! An excellent choice for a large gathering.

The home has an amazing rec room equiped with pool table, ping pong table, toys, video equipment, with lots of space for whatever activity. Our family found the pool adequate for all around family safety. There was plenty of outside seating and inside entertainment. All bedrooms were clean and large with a downstairs bedroom and an upstairs suite. Everyone in our family was happy.

Very nice, clean, comfortable home with lots of room for eating and sleeping. The outdoor area with pool and covered seating was a favorite spot for our large family. Also appreciated the ease of communicating with the hosts.

The house is brand new plenty of space for 12-15 people. The property manager was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house could use more furniture in the main family room for when everyone is hanging out and the mattress could use an upgrade. Other than that it’s a great location and was a great time.

The whole family enjoyed gathering for fun and celebration of five recent milestone birthdays. The pool was a lifesaver for kids who got cranky at the beach. Courtney is wonderfully responsive to questions and needs. The house is a great fit for a large group.

The property was a great setup for my multi-generational family of 14 from age 22 months to 97 years old. Communication with owner/manager was excellent. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with pots for cooking in. We would highly recommend.

This property is great for a large group of friends! The house is very spacious and allowed everyone to have their own space. The best part is the amazing pool and outdoor area where our group spent most of our time. Lots of high end amenities. Location is great as it is walkable to Rehoboth Ave and n the beach.
