We had to come to Knoxville due to my dog having surgery at University of Tennessee. We had to come to Knoxville in Oct and stayed in a hotel and when you have dogs, it's not very convenient staying in a hotel. We started searching for properties to rent when we came back for surgery and luckily found this property. The house was absolutely perfect. Having a fenced in backyard was just an added bonus. The house was very nicely decorated, we still was able to enjoy the Christmas tree! The house was more than adequately stocked with everything you could ever need or want. The host provides an abundance of supplies, paper towels, toliet paper, cleaning supplies, everything. It was also nice to have a surplus of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. It was nice to not have to worry about needing to wash towels every couple days. The fireplace was also very nice and we enjoyed it very much! The house was extremely clean; which I really appreciated as well! The game room with all the fun activities were also a neat addition to have! The host was extremely great with communication, he checked on us several times which was very nice. We had a very stressful trip alone just because our dog was having surgery and with us staying here, our only stress was worrying about our dog, which she's completely fine now :) . I have nothing negative to say about our stay and highly recommend this property if you're looking for a great place to stay.
This was a great home for a group of friends. There was plenty of space for all of us. We felt like we were staying outside the city, but still in the city. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Knoxville and a very easy drive. Although we only stayed for one night, we were able to enjoy both game rooms. Chris was very easy to work with, flexible, and was quick to respond to any questions. As we were leaving, we all said we would stay here again if we came back to Knoxville.
The home is beautiful, recently renovated (or looks that ways because everything feels new and well taken care of) and in a good location close to Knoxville. The inside is very well planned out where all the square footage is used properly (the home is on the smaller side but it has everything you need and then some!). We were so comfortable in the home we didnโt want to leave and there were 6 of us and a dog! Thereโs a pretty backyard with a big fire pit as well as a deck with a cooler and gas bbq grill. The host was amazing, super attentive and responsive and made our stay a breeze. I recommend this stay to any guest looking to stay near Knoxville!
My husband and I, our adult son and daughter in law and two small grandchildren stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our daughterโs graduation from UTK. The house was clean and well appointed. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed all the games at the property. The backyard was spacious and fully fenced. We had plenty of room to spread out when needed and to come together for games and family meals. The property is ideally located only 7 minutes from Neyland Stadium. The communication with the host both before and during our stay was stellar! We would eagerly choose this property again for a future stay. Thanks Chris for a great home away from home!
