New home minutes to Downtown Knoxville or UT and 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge

Good communication. Home was clean and comfortable. It was smaller than I expected from the pics but it was still a great stay. We had some problems with the Internet in 2 of the bedrooms but it wasn't enough of a concern to to reach out about. I would recommend this home.

Amazing place with things to do and space to relax

Everything was perfect! Very clean and neat! Kitchen was stocked so we could cook anything we wanted! Beds were great! Bathrooms great! Would absolutely stay again! Fireplace was awesome! Even had a game room! Pool table too! This house was just like home! Thank you Chris!!

The host is a great communicator. The house was clean and had tons of games for all ages.

Very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with host was very good. Great game room upstairs with electronic games. Property was off the beaten path. Not a neighborhood - more of a side street. More ideal for home base type property.

House was conveniently located to UTK and pigeon forge. We loved the multiple game rooms. Very easy check in process.

Chris was an excellent host and quickly responded to messages prior to arrival and during our stay. We had a mom trip while our girls attended Lady Vol basketball camp for four days. The house was 11 minutes from Thompson/Bolling arena, really an ideal location to stay for attending UT athletic events. We loved the house!

Chris is the best host you will find! The property is absolutely top notch with every detail thought of. The Game Room is so much fun and not only did my daughter (9) enjoy it, but the adults did as well. Would definitely book again if we come back to Knoxville.

The house was a nice clean the game room was awesome but this property has an problem with a dog of the neighbor jumping fence and coming over to the house barking and.growling in an aggressive way i was.in fear of my life as well as my family will not recommend

Perfect for a family! Very Clean, very well stocked kitchen. But the icing on the cake is the Game Room. I don’t know who liked it more, the kids or the adults. Will definitely book again when in Knoxville. Chris is a great host. Very responsive. Highly recommend.

House was perfect for coming and going during family festivities surrounding the marathon event.

This was our second trip to Chris’ property and it was just as welcoming as I remembered from last year. Great communication with him and all went smoothly. Comfortable beds, nice towels, and a great back patio for visiting with friends. Looking forward to next year!

We had a great stay in Knoxville while visiting our son at UTK. The house was very clean and well equipped. About a 10 - 15 minute drive to campus. One heads up the house is located right off a main highway and the turn onto the street is very sharp, once you know it's not a big deal just be aware. All in all great property and great weekend. Go Vols!

The house was excellent. Wish we had a longer stay to enjoy the pool table and game room more. Good communication..check in easy.

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving week! So well stocked, and super clean. The game room upstairs was awesome and I loved the special touches like the coffee bar. Look forward to staying here again!

Great location, warm interior, feels like home, we hosted several small dinners and enjoyed all the indoor/outdoor activities. The game room is great! Shot some pool, bonfire out back, grilled some steaks, made s’mores, football on the big screen and to wrap it up, a private bedroom to rest. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Property was well kept, clean and welcoming . The flow of the house was lovely . People were able to enjoy the upstairs game room, play pool off of the kitchen , eat and watch TV not feeling cramped or in each others space . Just enough room ! Location appeared safe , which is always a concern when traveling . Would rent again !

We came for family weekend at UT and loved it ! The house and amenities are unbelievable . The host thought of everything . We loved to have coffee on the back patio in the mornings It was so clean and a beautiful neighborhood . Would highly recommend it .

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was very clean, lots of fun games for the kids, and lots of towels/cleaning products and other amenities for us to use on hand. Every house we typically stay at it seems like cheap DIY projects with patches or they don’t have everything they say to offer, but this house felt like a nice home with well intentioned quality design.Appreciate it!

This home was fantastic! Was exceptionally clean, Chris the manager was excellent at communicating and making sure we have everything we needed during our stay, amenities were fun even for us older adults. We came to see our granddaughter march with the band for the first time and enjoyed family time with her. The yard was great for our dog and the owner was very responsive when there was a minor problem. He took care of it within the hour. The grandkids especially enjoyed the games.

My son and his girlfriend are beginning their sophomore year at UTK so this trip was to move them in. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. The host provided information timely and responded to any communication I sent within a couple of hours. The other family that stayed with us requested the link for this listing because they were so impressed with the experience.

The property was very nice, clean, and well kept. The house has plenty of room for adults and teenagers to all have their own space. The game room upstairs was fun for the whole family. The back yard and deck area was a great place to sit and enjoy an adult beverage. We rate the property 5 stars and would gladly stay their again when visiting Knoxville.

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding, which was in Knoxville. This house was perfect for every age. They had a play pen for the baby, a wide variety of games that kept everyone entertained, and a fenced in back yard for our canine children. It was convenient to groceries, gas, and restaurants. There was plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. It was just an overall great stay.
