We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Bliss. Communication and check-in were super easy. The house is very spacious with a large family room and kitchen. The heated pool was a wonderful addition that we enjoyed everyday. The location in proximity to the beach was perfect with a short and easy walk. We hope to be back!

Beautiful property, right near the beach and Publix. We were worried that the pool would be too small, but it was actually perfect! Easy commutes to st augustine and also restaurants within walking distance. Very clean. Easy check in and check out.

The photos do not do this home justice — it’s so much better and LARGER in person! My 7 friends and I rented this house for our bachelorette trip, and it could not have been more perfect. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach and a super quick uber to downtown aug. The neighborhood was SO cute and very safe. Amenities were fabulous (kitchen space, laundry, pool, deck, bathrooms). I was in between a few different options and we are SO happy we went with this one! 10/10 would recommend and was able to do kindly and affordably allow an early check in. Book it!

This house was the perfect fit our size family 7 adults and 2 mini doxies! The location was on point to all areas we were interested in! The property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had. We had a great time! We would definitely rent this house again!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The pictures truly don’t do this property justice, it’s even better in person. The space is beautiful, comfortable, and clearly well cared for.Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway was there, and the home had a great overall feel from the moment we arrived.On a lighter note, we did break a can opener but replaced it with an upgraded one, so future guests are set. Overall, a great stay in a lovely home. Thank you for having us!

This house is fantastic. Spacious. Clean. There was an issue with the A/C when we checked in. The host was responsive and had it handled ASAP. If you are looking to stay in the area I highly suggest you book this property.

Beautiful spacious home. Best yard we’ve ever had for our dog. We appreciated the towels and other amenities left for us to use. Only one block from the beach. Just down the street from grocery and restaurants. Five minutes from historic Saint Augustine.

We had a wonderful stay in Saint Augustine. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made resting after long days easy and relaxing.One of the highlights was the heated pool we were able to enjoy it even during cooler weather, which made a big difference for our family. The location is excellent: everything is within walking distance, including the grocery store, the beach, and several restaurants. Downtown Saint Augustine is also only about 12 minutes away.I highly recommend this place for your next family vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for a family gathering. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location.

Excellent house in a great location. The master bathroom, kitchen, and heated pool are all immaculate. The beach is an easy 1 and a half block walk via public access and the grocery and coffee shop aren't too much farther. Start your day with a long walk at sunrise on Vilano Beach and swing by the grocery on your way home for supplies for an afternoon pool day. Check in and check out was a breeze, the house was ready for us.

The house is beautiful, roomy and proximity to the beach is great. The only thing I would note is that if you are staying with a small dog, there are some gaps at the bottom of the fence, so watch your furry family member to make sure they don’t escape for their own getaway.

Excellent property, very clean, pool was perfect, walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and beach. Host was responsive and delivered as promised. Short drive into SA, but quiet and away from the traffic and crowds. We would definitely book again.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Quite roomy for six adults, 3 small children and 3 dogs. My young grandchildren enjoyed the large shallow area in the pool!! Getting to the beach across A1A was a little nerve wracking with toddlers and 3 dogs. Definitely not the properties fault but lots of traffic. Close to many places and Publix. Rental company was very responsive anytime I contacted them. Definitely would stay there again!!

Beautiful home in very nice location - very close to Publix and beach. Step in showers were good for access. All rooms had dressers and closets. Upper level was nice for more privacy. Kitchen and living area with pantry was very nice to cook and serve meals. Minor tweaks could really help people with mobility issues of all ages. No railings on front porch, back porch, or into pool. Light switches were numerous and could use icons or diagrams for reducing frustration. We enjoyed our stay. The pool was the best!

The house was beautiful and big enough for the family. It was a walk to the beach. Everyone was friendly in the neigborhood. You could be in Saint Augustine and other attractions with a short drive. I just wish we had more time.sa

Home has plenty of space for larger families to enjoy time together. The back with the pool was wonderful. Beach is a 2 minute walk. Neighborhood is very nice. Close to Circle K for quick snack or Publix is less than 5 minutes.

This house is perfect for a girls trip, a nice relaxing trip, or a small family get away. Lots of space to be alone and spacious enough for a large family fun night. The beautiful beach is close (easy walk) but the road you need to cross is very busy. It may be tough with little ones. The kitchen has plenty of equipment to cook, plenty of towels and linens. Our only real issue is the sulfur water, we are just not used to it. The backyard was nice but be aware of fire ants. It is super close to the grocery store, coffee shop and some good restaurants (big plus) We would totally stay again! Oh and the neighbors are wonderful!

We loved Vilano Beach! The house had plenty of room for all of us (7 adults) and two dogs. It is so close to the beach and was wonderful to take the dogs walking on the beach. The house was very clean so nice to have the pool at the end of the day. Location is very convenient to downtown St. Augustine too.

Ed rented the property for my daughter’s graduation weekend from Flagler College. Home was perfect for our weekend.

The house is A. Beach access is walking distance right across the main road. Quiet and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!

House was nice and clean and had enough room for everyone. Pool was beautiful, I’m glad we added on the heat. Host was very communicative and answered any questions we had.

Our family of 8 enjoyed this property, which was a short drive over the bridge to downtown St. Augustine. We found it clean and very comfortable. The nearby coffee shop and Italian restaurant were also quite good.

What a delight it was to stay at this location. Very close to the beach and the property was clean and very pleasant to stay at.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. This house is absolutely spectacular for a large group with TONS of space. The kitchen and living room are amazing with the open layout. The house held comfortably our group of 10. Some used the pool which was freezing for our stay. We had a bunch of rain from the hurricane and some cooler weather and did not pay extra to heat it. But the pool area was a really nice and cute spot outside, we loved the patio furniture everyone can sit outside so comfortably. The house is stunning and I would definitely stay here again. Super quiet, quaint beach town and lots of things nearby to do. I was very impressed with our stay! Also the management company was very helpful during booking and before the stay to call and make sure we got what was needed. I did not message the host about this but, the only issue we ran into was the extremely limited supplies. Every bathroom only had the roll of toilet paper that was on the holder at the time (some weren't even new rolls). No extra paper towels left so we had to go out and buy extra TP and PT for the duration of our stay. They did leave 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwasher pods. We also had a large group of people staying and they told me there was only a limited supply of that stuff they provided.

Overall, our previous stays at this house have been wonderful. However, our most recent experience was disappointing due to Hurricane Milton. Despite having to evacuate early, the rental company refused to issue any type of refund. This seemed unfair and unreasonable given the circumstances of a natural disaster and a mandatory evacuation. It would have been more reasonable to offer a partial refund in this situation. We hope that the rental company will reconsider their policy in the future for situations like this. Due to the lack of understanding and flexibility from the rental company regarding our situation during Hurricane Milton, we have decided that we will not be renting from them again in the future. In contrast, we have rented from other companies in the past during and after hurricanes and received better treatment. For example, one rental company refunded part of our money when a hurricane damaged the deck and prevented us from accessing the beach. We appreciate the understanding and flexibility shown by other rental companies and hope that this particular company will consider similar policies in the future.
