New Home, Great Location, Quiet Neighborhood

The house was perfect & the hosts were welcoming & responsive. It snowed while we were there ,& they came over & shoveled the drive & sidewalk. We're disappointed the property isn't available for our next trip to Lincoln!

Great job on the remodel of this fantastic home! It was an ideal location for memorial stadium and all the surrounding businesses. We will make it a must check on this home for our future husker event stays in the future!

Lovely, clean, new property in quiet neighborhood. Perfect for family weekend with my college student kids. Only two opportunities for improvement. 1) Pillows - all very firm and most of us woke up with a bad headache/neck ache the first morning. Maybe swap in some softer pillows. 2) Accuracy of listing price. Was surprised to learn that the listing implied sleeps six but listed price was only for four people. More than 4 people costs extra (really??). Contemplated cancelling but availability was limited due to homecoming weekend.

It was a great place to stay while we were at a horse show

This was our 3rd time staying at this house. As always, it was VERY clean, LOTS of extra amenities, and great communication with the host.We even noticed some updates, such as a privacy fence and extra towel hooks in master bathroom.Hoping to stay here again, next summer.

We were in town for a horse show, and it was the perfect place to stay. Very close super clean nice house excellent communication from the property owners.

Was in town for a racing event. Had 5 of us in town and this was a great stay for us to unwind after a long few days. Will be staying here again. Great hosts, very responsive and accommodating

Property looks wonderful, immaculately kept, strict on time arrival not minute early. Had trouble getting in but was helped immensely by owner. Tv audio would not work properly either 0 volume or 100%, so couldn’t watch TV Beautiful place in a run down part of town.Would recommend stay not the area. People across the street smoking pot, could smell when we arrived.

This house was the perfect location to start our Road Trip in NE. Location was great. House is very comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen. Had one question which was answered promptly by the host.Highly recommend a stay here if you need accommodations in Lincoln.

This property was perfect for our family of 5 that includes young adults and a teenager. The home was comfortable, clean and spacious. The living room furniture and space was a great place to hang out. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and the host was easy to communicate with. They even accommodated our needed early arrival. We would highly recommend this property!

This cute bungalow was ideal for a Thanksgiving visit with my UNL daughter. It checked all the boxes for cleanliness, location & ammenities.

This property was located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to all of the activities that we did. The house was very clean and well stocked with what we needed. The hosts were very responsive to our communication. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Great house!

This was our 2nd stay here and we loved it as much as the 1st one, a year ago! It's a beautiful, clean home and lovely neighborhood. Michelle makes it even better with all the extra amenities she provides. Would definitely stay here again!

Wow! EXTREMELY clean, well provisioned with all the essentials for a pleasant stay, well situated for our time in Lincoln. Hosts were very attentive to questions asked and requests we made even before we booked. Lovely neighborhood—quiet and walkable for morning stroll. Only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Overall great property! Only negatives: I did not have an AppleID so couldn't use the living room tv, but wasn't there much either. The outlets didn't work in spare bedrooms but was able to use others. It would be nice to be able to lock up from the back door, but not a huge deal.
