The Space:
Edward House is newly renovated and ideal for quick getaways or long stays!

The living room is furnished with a flat-screen tv, games, and patio access. Oh, and did we mention the massage chair

Each bedroom has highly rated mattresses, multiple pillows to choose from, and phone charging stations (we know you’re not the forgetful type… but hey, we’re all human.)

Inside the fully equipped kitchen you'll find all the seasonings, silverware, pots, pans and plates you need for your homemade meals!

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: fast internet, an iron and ironing board, blow dryer, towels, soap, extra blankets, and more.

At the Edward House, you are only:

Guest Access:
You will access the home via keyless entry. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a door code to access the front door.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is located near a school, so roads will be busy from 7:45am-8:10am and 2:45pm- 3:00pm. The school is not on the same road. But parents/family/friends do park on the street while waiting for their kids.

Other Things to Note:
You’ll also have access to the patio area with a grill (we’ll supply the propane), patio seating, and a privacy area for your convenience. There is a garage that fits up to two cars with a large driveway and additional street parking in front of the home.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, this home is equipped with exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior to ensure your safety.

Came up for family weekend for my daughter and attended a Huskers FB game. This Vrbo was easy to access, clean and comfortable. Will hopefully use again in future.

We stayed at Edward’s House while visiting our son for his college homecoming. We were impressed with the cleanliness and upgraded design of this rental. It made us feel right at home. The host thought of everything from fresh brewed coffee for the morning to crisp clean linens and super comfy bedding. The massage chair was amazing as well. We highly recommend this rental - the hosts checked in with us before during and at the end of our stay. Thank you Brandon and Jeni we will be back for sure.

My daughter, her friend and I stayed here while we enjoyed a weekend of state basketball and this was perfect for our stay. Very clean and comfortable and owners communication was always a timely response. We definitely would chose this over a hotel stay any weekend!!

What a great experience my family had at this VRBO! We needed a few days to stay in the city before we joined relatives for Thanksgiving weekend. Found this little gem and couldn’t believe how reasonably priced it was. It was not only remarkably clean, organized, well laid out and beautifully designed/decorated, but it offered all the amenities that we could have needed. The hosts have definitely thought through the guest experience, so a BIG thank you to them. ?? (The only thing that would have possibly made my stay better, would have been if my husband had been willing to feed me donuts while relaxing in the AMAZING massage chair. But maybe next time?!? ?) As we were leaving and talking amongst ourselves about the wonderful house, my youngest daughter (7years old) said with a smile, “Little house, BIG comfort!” ??She’s right. Those beds were SO comfy. We will definitely be back!

The house was well stocked with necessities and even had coffee. It was comfortable and helped us relax after a long trip. Clean up was simple. Really enjoyed the stay.
