New home 2.5 acres across from ORV trails, close to Higgins Lake & Ausable River

Great place to stay near Au Sable river, very clean and as described!

The property is well kept and clean. The place appeared remodeled or new. Everyone in our party was impressed, even my parents who are difficult to please!The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and covers.My only suggestion would be to install a sturdy bunkee board under the top bunk so an adult can sleep up there. The frame is certainly strong enough, but the support under the mattress won't allow over 150lb.

This home was clean and exactly as it was pictured in the listing. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful, well styled, clean, cozy, and close to the things we wanted to do: boating and kayaking. My only complaint is the slow draining bathtubs.

Nikki literally saved us in an emergency situation. My first Vrbo cxl’d on us the day of an hour before arrival and Nikki posted this listing at 8:30pm July 3rd and we took it Asap. The property was easy to find, clean and the host was so friendly and welcoming. My son wants to come back for Christmas :) I highly recommend this place

The Grass was waayy too long. We couldn't have a fire because of the bugs from the tall grass

Very nice house. Our friends are older with one recently having a stroke, the house needs to have handrails installed in the bathroom. Outside of the house needed to be more maintained. Otherwise very satisfied.

The house was great, found it very clean and very inviting. Large lot made it great to park our trailers. Great access to the trails. Host was great!Will definitely be staying again.

We had a family wedding in Roscommon and this house was exactly what we were looking for. It’s brand new with comfortable furniture and beds. It is well stocked with just about anything you would need for a short or long stay. It’s close to town but far enough out to have some private space and of course, just a short drive to Higgins Lake. I would recommend this home. You will love it! Thank you Nikki for being a great host!

Nice and cozy.

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Everything was clean and updated. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and departure instructions were very clear and simple. We had a great weekend/reunion at Higgins Lake. Would definitely return.

This is a new and very clean modular home just outside Roscommon town and about a 15 minute drive to Grayling. We felt at home with all the amenities inside the home. It is very dark at night outside due to rural location and secluded as neighbors are not on either side or in front of home. Overall a nice place to have stayed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was super clean and everything is new. I marked down the accuracy of the home because the listing does not show that this is a manufactured home. I was expecting a cabin and it is not. Still a very nice place. It is 15-20 minutes from Higgins lake and very close to downtown Roscommon. Very convenient location.

Rental property was wonderful! Clean, spacious, and with all the amenities, as well as close to town, lakes, and trails. We had an excellent time. We will stay here again.
