Stayed Aug 2, 2025The house itself was very comfortable and matched the description. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. We had a fine stay. The host is very accommodating and responsive, and always answered any questions we had.There is an extensive list of house rules and potential fees. Many aspects of the stay have possible charges attached if you incur them (from 400 for additional cleaning to 300 for excess trash, 450 for plumbing issues, and even 1,000 for parking issues). While we luckily didn’t incur any fees, the sheer number and severity of them made the experience feel a bit stressful, since I was constantly double-checking to make sure nothing would trigger a charge. Overall, if you’re someone who doesn’t mind very detailed and strictly enforced rules, this property could work well.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025Lorena’s place was perfect for our group. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Walmart and Publix, and a short Uber to the beach. We loved the game room and abundant beds, enough for everyone in our group. Lorena was extremely accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The interior is elegantly designed, featuring modern decor that perfectly combines comfort with style. Every corner of the home exudes warmth, making it feel like a true sanctuary for our family getaway.The open layout provided plenty of room for our large family to relax and enjoy quality time together. The living area was spacious enough for everyone to gather, we loved having the option to dine together at the large dining table. There is ample space in the game room, and plenty of activities for all. The attention to detail in the furnishings and amenities ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location is simply unbeatable, a quiet neighborhood, easy access to local attractions. We truly felt at home here, and we can't recommend this property highly enough for families looking for a beautiful, spacious, and welcoming vacation rental. We can't wait to return!
