New! Historic Bend Cottage | Walk to Deschutes River & Downtown Shops

It was the perfect size and provided us the comforts of home. Loved the walkability to Old Bend as well as the river and all the outdoor activities.

The house is in a great location- near the river, parks, places to eat.Everything was very clean.The beds and pillows were comfortable.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, including spices and coffee!

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Great location, nicely appointed home. Just a few things: the bathroom door isn't closing properly Feels like someone hung on the door and now the hinges are not aligned, so very hard to close. Also several lights were either out or too low wattage, like the kitchen florescent tubes had one out. Several rooms were just dimly lit. And there must be some kind of hot water limiter in the tub as even at 100% hot the water was never very hot. But all that is minor stuff. We would be happy to return here in the future.

Well appointed, great walkable location, and just a nice cozy place. I would stay here again for sure, but be watchful for dynamic pricing changes. We unfortunately had to modify our stay by one day, but it wasn't possible through the VRBO website. Even through direct communications with the host showed it wasn't possible. And so the option was to cancel and immediately rebook with the dates shifted by one day. However the pricing rose by a lot even on the days we had previously booked in a price point, forcing us to reduce the amount of days we wanted to stay unfortunately.

What a great place, tucked away yet close to the river, parks and shopping. The house had all needed items and was very clean and homey. Off-street parking was appreciated. Bend is a great place to visit!

Great host! Arrived on a dreary chilly rainy afternoon. Host had the cottage ready to go and a fire in the fireplace! Perfectly appointed, great spot.

Sweet little retreat . Completely furnished and nestle in ready. Centrally located . 5 night stay felt like our Bend home. Would definitely stay again.

Great little home in an amazing location.

My daughter and I were delighted with our accommodations. The house was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with the many birds singing in the trees. Beds were comfortable and we found everything we needed.The home was close to a multitude of stores and nature.

This was a great house with so much to do in the area.

One of the best Vrbo we have ever stayed in -everything about it was great, walking distance to old Mill District quiet neighborhood, park nearby completely redone will definitely stay here again.

The property was great, easy checkin and clear communications. The location was excellent. Easy to walk everywhere. Active Culture is right next door and was delicious.

We enjoyed our stay. It looks like a small cottage but its much bigger than it appears. Its well equipped with fun decor. It even has a garage for people with smaller vehicles than my truck!A block away from the dechutes and an easy walk todowntown with many restaurants and coffee places within an easy walk. Also, an easy drive to bachelor.

Really nice property. All it needs is a mat for the tub/shower (to avoid slipping) and a few boxes of Kleenex for winter runny noses and it’s a perfect place to stay. Lives much bigger than its 1100 sq. ft. size would suggest. Regards location, great for walking to Market of Choice, and Active Culture is right around the corner for one of the best breakfast/lunch options in Bend. Set-back of the house from the street makes it very private. All-in-all, a real winner for the price we paid.

Nice place for kids, crib in the laundry room leaves two full rooms for adults. Great location with lots in walking distance.

What a lovely home! Checkin was great, the home was clean, and the proximity to everything was great. We walked to and from the Hayden Homes Ampitheater, which was a super easy ~10 minute walk. Thanks for having us!
