Sunshine Shore is a coastal paradise just 5 miles from the white sands of Anna Maria Island. After a day at the beach, come home and relax in your private outdoor retreat. The screened-in lanai features a heated saltwater pool and spa, a comfortable lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a Roku TV—perfect for poolside movies or game nights. Step just outside the screen to fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy extra seating under the Florida sky. Whether you're soaking, grilling, or lounging, this space is designed for fun and relaxation.

Interior Highlights
Step into a beautifully furnished home with brand-new furniture and coastal touches. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair—ideal for remote work. The two additional bedrooms include a queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other, both with spacious closets. A second full bathroom is easily accessible from the main living area.

The bright and open living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a 65 TV, perfect for family movie nights or winding down after a day of sun and sand. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home and outdoor areas, keeping everyone connected.

Game Room Fun
The game room, with direct access to the pool area, features air hockey, foosball, an arcade machine, and a TV, providing endless entertainment for guests of all ages.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully renovated kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring full-sized stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals, from quick snacks to family dinners. For added convenience, additional appliances such as a slow cooker, air fryer, toaster, and both drip and single-serve coffee makers are also provided, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay.

Guests have full access to the entire home except for the locked owner’s closet in the foyer.

Pool & Spa Information:
- The pool is heated to a comfortable 82°F for your enjoyment at no extra charge.
- For a warmer 88°F and access to the spa, you can request optional pool heating of $30/night (Free Jun to Sep)
- Please let us know in advance, as it takes 12–24 hours to heat the pool to the desired temperature.
- Heating is charged nightly for the entire stay. Spa access requires pool heating.
- If outdoor temperatures fall below 50°F, the pool may not maintain the set temperature. We cannot offer refunds due to weather or factors beyond our control.
- Safety first! The pool has door alarms, but we ask that adults supervise children at all times.
- Pool maintenance is done regularly, but not on demand. A skimmer net is provided for guest use as needed.
