Stayed Jul 26, 2025The house is in a great location. Literally 8 - 10 houses off the beach and a 7 minute walk to the Boardwalk area in Bethany. The house also has an elevator which made loading and unloading much easier. However, the house itself is disappointing. The dishwasher did not work, the tub and sink for the master bedroom ran very slow, the outside was not kept up at all - weeds everywhere and the outdoor shower was disgusting. Some plugs did not work and there is no overhead lighting in the bedrooms. Lastly, there was no shade provided for outdoor seating. We expected more for the price we paid.

Stayed Aug 21, 2021The proximity to the ocean and to town made this vacation exceptional. We wish the beds were more comfortable (as in newer and/or better quality), but again the positives far outweighed that minor complaint. Everything worked, laundry machines were great, grill was decrepit but serviceable and the place was very conducive to getting closer to grandkids. Thank you.

Stayed Jul 6, 2019The location was lovely. Bethany Beach is a beautiful family friendly beach town and my children and grandkids love it. This home has great potential but the owners need to focus on the details. 3 of the vertical blinds in one bedroom room were broken, one of the lamps in the bedroom had no light bulb (there were only two small lamps). Not a big deal, but not an easy find in a beach town at night. Two of the beds seemed old and very uncomfortable. Comfortable beds should be a priority. The living area and kitchen were very nice but the cabinets were a disorganized mess. Attention to these details would definitely upgrade this property.
