Great experience

Pros: -The host was very communicative, friendly and responsive.-The home was located in the perfect spot for visiting universal and all other activities we were interested in.-The resort pool was nice.-The community felt safe.Cons:-We learned the day before our check in that this was a self catering rental. This was not stated in the listing. Therefore, we had to buy our own toilet paper and showering supplies and laundry detergent.-The towels were stained. Nobody wants to use white towels with stains on them from who knows what.-The place was dirty, especially the bathrooms. There was still hair left in the showers. There was mold in the freezer.-Our flight came in really late, so we arrived at the house after midnight (which we had communicated we would be doing to the host prior to our trip), only to find a note taped to our front door stating that they would be entering our house at 9am to complete some maintenance. We had to set our alarms to make sure we were up by then, but then they never even showed. Didn't show until later in the afternoon. -The listing stated check-out was 11am, as did both of the messages the host sent us reminding us of this fact. At 10am, we had someone knocking on our front door asking why we hadn't checked out yet because she needed to clean. She argued with us about what time checkout was and asked how soon would we leave. Perhaps the cleaner should know what time checkout actually is.

Excellent property convenient to WDW and Universal parks, grocery store in walking distance. 3 floors, plenty of space. Host was very prompt with communications, supplied amenities at request. Very enjoyable experience.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO home in Orlando! The house was impeccably clean and very easy to find, which made our arrival stress-free. Its location was perfect — just a short drive to Icon Park and Universal Studios, making it convenient for all our adventures.One of the highlights was the relaxing pool, especially on the last day of our trip where we could unwind and enjoy some really delicious drinks. The gated neighborhood felt very quiet and safe, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay.Additionally, there were so many fantastic dining and sightseeing options nearby, which helped make our trip even more memorable. We truly can’t say enough good things about this place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando!

Nice place. Great location

The place was in a great location for us, close to lots of food, parks, and convention center. However, there are no extras or frills in the house. Bare minimum provided for cooking at home. Pool and property are nice and well maintained.

We came for a 5 day vacation. We enjoyed Epcot, Universal and Sea World. The location was perfect

This property was super close to the convention center for our work weekend. The home was super comfortable for our g r pup of adult family members who were in town together. The brewery and Walgreens were in amazingly close walking distance along with the BEST Chick-fil-a I have ever been to!
