This was an amazing place to stay. It was SUPER clean & comfy. Very roomy & so well decorated. It’s at the center of town which is awesome. The host was fantastic & made sure we had everything we need. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay here in this little hidden gem of a town.

This cute home was clean and equipped with all necessary items. It’s a little over half an hour from the gorge and we always enjoy eating at the Mexican restaurant when in Irvine. There's a small grocery store in town but if you want a bigger selection, I'd recommend going to the Kroger in Richmond. I was traveling with my kiddos and we also found a unexpected park (KY river park) less than 10 min away.

My friend and I stayed here for the HollerGirls music festival at the Cliff to Creek Campground last weekend. It was perfect! Kelly was a wonderful hostess, and the house was even nicer than pictured. So many thoughtful amenities were provided. It was only 15 minutes away from the venue, too, so it was super convenient. We’ll definitely stay here again next year!

The home is immaculate! Beautifully, understated decor - comfort couch, and chairs, great porch for coffee in the morning, and great evening spot out back.Bedrooms : beds were incredibly comfortable w/ king size pillows. Kitchen : is beautiful will all the necessary amenities. Bathroom : clean and fresh.Personally, I really appreciate the fact that there were no extra fragrances any where. It was just fresh and clean - great for sensitive skin and allergy sufferers.Kelly was great! Very responsive to any questions about the property. She made our stay easy and comfortable. The home is within walking distance of a few local restaurants, We tried the Mexican restaurant which was relaxing and great food. Old Timers is a drive but worth it for great breakfast sandwiches. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to do and explore. Keeneland, Gorge Underground (classic kayaking), and hiking in Red River Gorge.Loved this cute, homey little cottage. We can't wait to go back and explore more.

This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, two bathroom country cottage is conveniently located and welcoming. There aren't enough positive words to describe Kelly the owner. It is so rare to find a true hostess these days, but Kelly invites you with her warm personality and she genuinely lets you know you are more than just a booking to her. It rained during our visit so I found myself baking, Kelly even lent a Pyrex dish to make a fresh peach cobbler. I needed this trip deeply, as I heal from loosing my mother and my husband an I were celebrating our 24th anniversary. Sit yourself on the front porch, look at the slow rolling fog at daybreak, feel your tensions melt away. Cuddle up with a blanket or a book and listen, you will hear such amazing bird songs at twilight. This five star property and host will be on our repeat list to come visit again, again and again.

This place was immaculate. Very comfortable and close to everything for us. Outside porch is nice to sit and have coffee. The owner is amazingly responsive to everything and should create a class on how to manage a property. Absolute 100% perfect set up.

Our family was in town for our Father’s funeral. What a blessing to have this beautiful house to rest and regroup. It was absolutely perfect in every way…soaks in the tub, comfy beds, spotless throughout, coffee on the front porch wrapped in soft blankets, the view, walks to town…10/10!
