New - Cozy Ranch House with Hot Tub, 3 bdrms and 2 baths

Joey was very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions we had. The property is very clean with plenty of space for the 4 of us. Our teenagers enjoyed having their own rooms and having 2 bathrooms made getting ready in the morning easy. The hot tub is huge and very clean and the location is just a few minutes from a major highway, yet really quiet. It’s a residential neighborhood. If you have a rental car and are staying in Anchorage (or if you have the money to pay for daily uber trips) definitely stay here. We are so glad we did!

Quiet neighborhood. Spacious living space and very clean. Would have liked info regarding recycling and better instructions on the hot tubs jets but homeowner responded timely to our questions regarding that issue. Very reasonable price for the area. Would definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. It is in a convenient location and generally seemed like a safe area. The home was clean, plenty of amenities, and the hot tub worked. We stayed for 3 nights. Beds were pretty comfortable, King size in the master was a bonus.

The property is a spacious three bedroom! It was perfect for our last few days in Anchorage before a long travel home. We especially loved the hottub! Our toddler loved the space in the open living area as well. The host is an excellent communicator and provides all the essentials. The place is also in an excellent location. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Our host, Joey was very accommodating and attentive when needed. The house was very comfortable for 6 people and the hot tub was wonderful! The neighborhood is quiet the beds were comfortable.

House was clean and as described in listing. We came the week of Christmas and the host had decorated the house for the holiday including a Christmas tree. There were even fresh cut flowers and a pecan pie left for us. Hot tub was perfect. House is very close to everything you would need. Grocery store is only 5 mins away. It was also nice having a garage so you don't have to worry about cleaning snow off the car.

We had an excellent stay. The garage was nice. The kitchen was great and the rooms had beds that were comfortable. What more could you ask?

The place is in a good location for Anchorage and easy to get in and out of the property. The garage was big enough for our rental SUV so that was a bonus. The house was clean and maintained well, maybe a little dated in the bathrooms but not bad. We did not use the hot tub so cannot review that. The only thing I didn’t like was the owner showing up unexpectedly after we had already arrived. This was not arranged or talked about ahead of time so that was odd. In the future any visits should be discussed beforehand. All in all a great stay and would recommend.

Wonderful stay! The house was very clean, check-in and check-out were easy, and communication with the host was excellent. The home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

We have stayed here a couple of times, it is always clean and bright. Hot tub is a plus! Location is great. Highly recommend.

Hot tub was great!

Beautiful property. Very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Was able to park in the garage and everything was perfect. Were too tired to enjoy the hot tub unfortunately but it was a lovely place. Not a complaint, just a suggestion to have an oscillating fan available for the rooms for comfort and noise. It was absolutely SILENT in the house. Saw a moose 1 block from the house as we were leaving! Highlight of the trip so far! Thanks Joey!

This rental feels like a home. The owner is so helpful and kind. The house is very clean, well decorated and has everything you could need. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The neighborhood is nice and it is convenient to downtown and the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

very very happy with our stay

We stayed here one night to be close to the airport (no more than 10 minutes away). Joey was very communicative before our arrival. We weren’t here long but it was a good place to stay for what we needed since we had a very early flight. It smelled great when we walked in the door. There’s a nice deck on the back of the house with a hot tub. It's an older home in a subdivision. It fit our needs for the one night.

Host very proactive and responsive to questions. Nice and clean place. No issues at all. Great experience!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Joey is organized, detail oriented, thoughtful and a wonderful communicator. The home is clean and offers everything you need (the fresh flowers and chocolate cake in the refrigerator were definite perks! ). The location is great —close proximity to the airport and exploring Seward. He’s thought of everything – there’s even a cooler in the garage, which was helpful when I went to buy some dry ice to ship salmon back home to New York. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! This was our jumping off point for our Alaska adventure. Nice family home in a neighborhood. Easy to navigate from the airport, close to amenities, downtown not too far of a drive. Also enjoyed the hot tub.

Joey is a good host. Everything was straightforward for check in and out. The home was beautiful and clean, it felt really homey. We loved the jacuzzi with the pretty lights surrounding in the backgrounds. We also loved the cozy little fireplace that has real flames and gives off heat, really added to the pizzazz... it turns on with a light switch.The location was prefect and neighborhood was great too. It felt safe. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This home was wonderful for our family's stay in Anchorage. The location is ideal for being close to amenities yet not in the hustle and bustle. The space was warm and inviting making us feel right at home. The home was clean and ready for us to enjoy. We loved the house! Check in was a breeze, communication with owner was great. House is conveniently located on the south end of town, grocery store is right nearby and convenient access to Minnesota Drive. House was spotless, bed was comfortable with nice sheets and comforter, kitchen had everything we needed, hot tub was clean and so nice to soak in. I definitely recommend. Would rent again without hesitation.

Coworkers and I stayed for work. It was a great house and location. Had everything and was heated well. We didn't use the hot tub but owner was very nice and was going to start at for us before we got there. Go to Anchorage for work all the time definitely look back at staying here again

We own a new business here in town and have put so much into it we didn’t eat to travel this last year and we just needed a get away with a yard and most importantly a hot tub. hotels are no privacy and crowded. This home and hot tub are so worth it. Very clean. Very comfortable, Highly recommend and we will be staying again soon!

This was perfect for what we needed. Stayed for 3 nights before we were going on cruise. Place was in a good central location, clean and just like the pictures. It was 3 couples. I would stay here again.
