New Cozy, Modern 3-bedroom home. Close to dtwn CDA

We had a wonderful stay. The host is a great communicator and left a lot of little extras that made the stay very comfortable. The home is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need.

We were in town for a college visit at North Idaho College. The house was great - very clean, comfy beds, and easy access.We’ve stayed in a lot of short term rental houses and this one had the most “extras” of any other house with a snack basket, spare drinks in the fridge, some pantry items, lotions, sunscreen, etc. We felt very welcome and at home in this house. Highly recommend this house.

Great overall stay! Great house and very responsive owner. Neighborhood was the only slight downside with a gas station and nearby roundabout creates varying levels of car noises.

The home was spotless when we arrived — extremely clean and well cared for. It’s obvious that the host pays great attention to detail, from the thoughtful touches around the house to the well-stocked amenities that made our stay extra comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We truly felt at home and appreciated the care that went into making our visit stress-free and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful home! Only issue we encountered was the excessive vehicle noise coming from the back yard neighboring property. There were very, very loud vehicles coming and going all night long which made sleeping very difficult.

Wonderful property! One of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in. All the little extras were a wonderful surprise. Loved being able to walk across the way to grab coffee and walk along the river. Downtown was a quick drive away. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Extremely nice, updated property with excellent amenities. Extraordinarily clean!! Only 5 mins to downtown Couer d’Alene. Host is very prompt snd courteous. Definite would choose if returning!!

We were 2 daughters with our 80 year old mom. We came to bike the various rail trails in the area. Things that worked well for us: 1) three bedrooms with good sized beds for adults. 2) a walk in shower for our mom.3) a spacious garage in which we could safely store our bikes. 4) location - easy to access the bike trails that were in the city.The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and exceptionally well stocked. We appreciated all of the little touches that were included in the rental. The owners were easy to communicate with, and were responsive to any message that I sent. The condo is within a small gated community and that certainly helped us to feel safe. There is some traffic noise when you’re sitting on the back deck, but it was lovely to sit in comfortable chairs and be outside.I highly recommend this rental.

We were in CDA for the marathon and stayed at The Melanie house! It was fantastic! Modern, clean & well equipped! The location was perfect & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! So much fun to explore CDA and also fun just hanging around the house after running!

Our stay was amazing. We were in the area for a wedding. It was easy to hop on the freeway and get to the venue which was Arbor Crest. We appreciated the little touches like the bottle of wine - very thoughtful!

Very nice updated home, perfect for vacationing. Allows for garage use which is Fantastic! Right near downtown. Very clean and welcoming with lots of space. Will book again and recommend!

Super cute property with stylish decor and a ton of amenities inside. Great information for guests, quick communication with property manager, absolutely no complaints.

We traveled for a sporting competition and the house was perfect. It had everything we needed to relax in after long days. Easy check in and check out. Will stay here again if we are scheduled for this competition again next season.

The Melanie was everything the listing stated. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was well equipped with snacks, supplies and toiletries. A great place to stay when exploring the Couer d’Alene area.
