NEW Cozy family-sized home just minutes West of LATech! Fenced in Backyard!

Sarah was very friendly and helpful. The house was the perfect place for us to stay for my granddaughter‘s gymnastics meet. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and was very neat and tidy. The children enjoyed the games that were in the closet. Sarah even left a very handy book listing restaurants to eat at and ones that delivered. We took advantage of both options during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Came into the area for a funeral in Farmerville. Every time we came back to the house we were whupped, either physically or emotionally. It was nice to be in a new, clean place that was so accommodating. I rated the location high because it was quiet, but be aware it's toward the edge of town.

My 91 year old mother, myself and my niece enjoyed our stay at your home. We each had our own room for privacy and sleep! We loved the location as it was a short drive to all of the wedding events for the weekend! Great house!

My husband and I came to Ruston for our daughter's graduation from Louisiana Tech. The location of the property was perfect for our family. It was close to the university and to our daughter's home in Tanyard. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay.

We are repeat visitors to this house and will continue to be. Lovely home and good location to tech campus. Nice, new home and it always smells wonderful. Sarah is a great host and leaves snacks for your arrival. Great home away from home!

This house was just perfect! Everything was very clean and very well decorated. We were in town for move-in weekend at the university and this was very close to campus as well. All communication with the host was very good and response time was very quick. Sarah even accommodated our group with an early check in which was much appreciated! I was so happy I ran across this listing. I was looking for something close to LA Tech and this was perfect! The property looked just as it did on the pictures. The host was very accommodating and quick to answer the question/comment I had. There was even a welcome guide with restaurant suggestions, which I took advantage of. This was just like a home away from home. The next time I come to Ruston this will be first on my list!

Wonderful stay and beautiful place. Loved the extra thought the owners put with the welcome snacks/coffee/makeup wipes. That was a lifesaver since we came in late that night. The book with instructions was very helpful. Linens on the bed were wonderful and bed itself was comfortable. We will book again! Matter of fact even before I left I was looking at dates we could book again! The owner responded quickly to any comments/messages I sent. Thanks again for an amazing stay!
