Stayed May 20, 2026We enjoyed our stay overall the house had updated appliances in a modern look that made it feel comfortable and inviting we especially enjoyed the towel warmer. It was a nice touch. The landscaping could use a little cleanup and maintenance but aside from that we had a pleasant experience enjoyed our stay there

Stayed Nov 30, 2025The rooms were very clean. We really liked the open space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the location of the bnb a lot. There were plenty of shops in Derby to visit and if we wanted to go to any shops in Wichita it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive. We also liked that the bnb was in what seemed to be a safe and calm part of town.

Stayed Oct 8, 2024This house was clean, nicely finished. It worked perfect for me and my friends in town for a few days (reunion). Beds were comfortable, lots of natural lighting in the home, well lit at night, and plenty of space to meet our needs.

Stayed Oct 1, 2024We were just in town for the night for an early check in surgery time. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, updated and clean! Google maps took me to the house next door, but John was quick to respond and guide me to the correct house :)
