This luxurious getaway is within walking distance of dining options, a state park, and less than 300 feet from the beach. Spend sunny days by the turquoise waters of the Gulf. Explore the trail at Stump Pass Beach State Park, a 12-minute walk away. Venture to North Beach Road for a selection of dining options within a 15-minute walk. Walk trails, rent a jetski, take a dolphin/manatee tour or try your luck with some in-shore fishing! Additional options, along with shops, farmer's markets the minor league team for the Tampa Bay Rays are a short drive across Tom Adams Bridge.

Unwind in the bright and welcoming living room, complete with beach chic decor and a smart TV. Create delectable dishes in the gleaming kitchen, fitted with a full suite of appliances including a French-door fridge. Your guests can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar. THINGS TO KNOW
The unheated pool is 6’ deep and available year-round. Access is via the garage, or via the spiral staircase at the end of the 2nd-floor hallway.
The pool is normally cleaned on Thursday. The cleaning day can vary.
Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This three-story house is accessed via one step at the entryway.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beach view was good and pool hot tub area was awesome. Lots of space and private environment. Easy to use tools for pool/spa heating and circulation. Rooms were spacious and well organized and VERY CLEAN. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. Adult toys were bountiful to help enjoy time on site or away from the home on the beach.

Location was excellent. Home was new, well maintained. Could use toilet paper holders in bathrooms and cook tools could be improved. Pool was beautiful and garage was well equipped with beach supplies.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar. The beach is literally steps away and gorgeous! We found over 100 shark teeth during our stay! The condo was well stocked and spacious for our family birthday celebration. Chris was very helpful and kept us in the loop as to what was happening on the key. We enjoyed the boat races!!! Would most definitely recommend!

This house is amazing! So much space, cute clean and comfy. Everything your kids could ever want in the garage. Beach is right there, away from the public area, but close enough to walk to the restaurant/bar area. You can also walk to stump pass beach state park. We had an amazing 4 days!

We had a perfect 90 degree sunshine only beautiful beach week. House is stunning with everything your family can wish for. We took advantage of the bicycles, boards and all the beach gear. House is well stocked with everything you need for the week. Sunsets from the upper porch just stunning.

Loved how we could walk to the beach at any moment. Centrally located to all the restaurants. Stumpys free golf cart shuttle for the win. The house is fully stocked hotel quality with considerate details. The home is taken care of and loved the aesthetic- boho chic. Our family played games, lounged by the pool, hot tubbed after dinner- so many memories!!

The Sand Dollar is perfect for a relaxing vacation at the beach. The house is thoughtfully equipped to meet all of your needs. It is located within walking distance to great restaurants and one minute from the beach. The owners genuinely want you to enjoy the house and are easy to communicate with.

Sand Dollar House was a great find. Great location for biking and walking on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and 20 min drive to spring training games in North Port and Port Charlotte. Hosts were easy to reach and super helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
