New Construction - Direct Beach Front Pool Home - 6 Bedrooms - 4.5 Baths

The pool and hot tub were awesome! There were plenty of chairs outside for lounging. And the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Alex was very fast to respond when we had questions. The access to the beach was amazing! Walk right out the door! Perfect view for the sunsets every night.

It was our second time to use this property. Lots of memories were made! Very clean and everything went smooth!

We truly enjoyed our 7-day stay here. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish. The property was very clean, well cared for, and included thoughtful extras we didn’t expect. The ocean view and beach access were fantastic, and the location was ideal — close to wonderful local restaurants. A great place to relax and enjoy the area!

Host communicated well. Few minor issues addressed quickly. Terrific location. Stunning views. Large enough that we had several family members with us. Pleasantly surprised by the amenities upon arrival. Never stayed where prior renters left food and drink for the next quest, that was very welcome. Very well maintained and equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was PERFECT. Location on the beach was incredible and never crowded. The pool was perfect for the kids. The home itself was so spacious, comfortable, and clean. Plenty of room for two families and it had everything we needed and wanted. We would absolutely stay in this home again. In fact, we’ve already tried to rebook but it was booked already. We will keep trying.

Once again we were not disappointed in our stay. This is our 5th time staying with this owner. Always a great time and always great communication with the owners. My only complaint is there needs to be another refrigerator. One refrigerator is not enough room for food and drinks for 14 people for a week. No one wants to spend their vacation running back and forth to the grocery store. Otherwise amazing as always!

Great location and perfect beach. Very comfortable home for our family. 6 adults and 4 kids. We usually stay at different properties each year but we all agreed to return for a second stay at this property.

Loved the home. Perfect location. We stayed in for dinner most nights because we loved the place and it was just perfect. We already booked for next year. Definitely rent this place. Beach is easy walk and private. We love this place.

Highly recommend this property. We had 13 people, including 4 kids age 8-11. The property has everything you need. The house is beautiful, the views are perfect, the kids loved the pool. We sat on the beach every day. The house has plenty of chairs, beach toys, towels, umbrellas and we used the kayaks. 2 Chairs were broken when we went to use them and while grilling dinner there were some flames from grease from prior use. The next morning they arrived with 2 new chairs and personally cleaned the grill. The elevator was great and was helpful to bring up all of our luggage, groceries and for one of our older guests to take a break from the stairs. Love the beer fridge concept (we got in later and were able to have a drink for sunset and replenish it throughout the week). The house was supplied with everything we needed- the best rental we have stayed in- little things like shower and bathroom supplies, plenty of toilet paper, leftover paper goods, coffee, spices. (we added to it as well). Plenty of space for 13 of us to have most breakfast, lunches and a couple dinners together. We would definitely go back!

We thought the house was an excellent choice and are very happy that we rented it. It is beautiful, well appointed and in an excellent location. It has beautiful views looking at the gulf and gorgeous sunsets. One surprise was how many spices have been left behind and are available to use in the kitchen - we brought some of our own but they were not needed. Lots of beach toys are available and we made good use of these. The owners were very responsive to my questions and if we return to Treasure Island, this house is at the top of our list!

Our stay was amazing. The house was perfect. With 11 people we never felt like we were crowded. Spacious layout with very comfortable accommodations (bed, baths, etc.) Great views. The beach is perfection! It's quiet and beautiful. The property has great beach stuff that made our stay awesome for all ages. We hope to be back!

We were impressed by the location and glamour of the home. We did feel like royalty and would rent again in a heart beat. Clean and prime location.

Everything was exactly as expected! We took full advantage of the pool and the beach. Tons of beach toys and the house was fully equipped to serve our group!

My family of 10 stayed here for a week and everyone loved it. The pool was great for the kids, the location right on the beach was ideal. There was plenty of space for us inside. We would definitely stay with them again.

This home was so beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The garage was filled with chairs for the beach and toys if you have any children. I would definitely stay here again. I was very Impressed. If I had any questions the host would email me back immediately. I have stayed at a few VRBO’s and this is the best. Thanks to the host because it was awesome.

Great location and the home was beautiful. Perfectly laid out and spacious for our family of 14! The garage was well stocked with chairs, umbrellas and beach/pool toys as well.

Met expectations, plus more. Perfect distance to beach and activities. Only negative was that one bathroom literally had no water pressure. Good thing there are so many bathrooms. Everything else was perfect.

Our 10 member family had a wonderful time. The house was perfect, lots of room, everything seemed brand new, even BETTER than the pictures suggested which was a pleasant surprise. The best rental house I have ever stayed in, and I would highly recommend it to families or groups of friends looking for a high quality, upscale beach rental house.
