New Condo w/Water-View Deck in Edgecomb

Nice view, convenient location. Bedroom was way too small.

Everything was great except both TVs were not working. Local customer service was not available for assistance. We would have enjoyed a nice movie to relax with at night but found fun in a few games of Uno. Also, coffee for the morning would have been appreciated with the provided pot. Again, these minor issues did not majorly effect our stay. Definitely a beautiful spot! We respectfully left the condo in the same shape as upon arrival.

Property was not as described , filthy, and no room for our luggage, no dishwasher so whoever washed by hand, no healthy !We have stayed at other properties here with no problems this was not at all what we expected !,,

Excellent accommodation - beautiful view. We gave it a 5 but the only issues were no dresser/ drawers in bedroom. And neighbors were a bit noisy.

So peaceful and relaxing. Very scenic. Great location!

Even though this unit was spacious, bright and had a great view I can’t give it a positive recommendation. There were just too many things in need of attention. In no particular order: - Gross kitchen towels and potholders - Bar sink for kitchen sink. Too small to be useful. - No dishwasher. - No coffee filters - Bathroom sink doesn’t drain correctly - Towels not absorbent - Couch sagging and dusty - Tiny amount of counter space - Uncomfortable bed mattress and flat pillows - No coat hooks in entryway - Bathroom door hooks were small kitchen hooks - Loose leg on living room end table - Part of deck railing secured with zip ties

Returning to some childhood memories stocked with lobster diners and sightseeing. Excellent location for both.

We were comfortable in this property. Kitchen was very usable and living had the basics of comfort. Bed was very nice, but because the room is a bit small there is no dresser to unpack for an extended stay. Would do a short stay here again.

Rental was clean and had a nice view from small deck. We stayed two nights and walked to harbor area across bridge instead of driving. We didn’t use kitchen because of short stay but looked like it was well equipped. Enjoyed having a tv in the bedroom .

Loved the condo. So clean and organized. We had a wonderful stay- going to Acadia, Boothbay, Southport, and into Wiscasset. First trip to Maine and your home was the perfect place for us. Loved the view!

We loved the Waters Edge restaurant next door.

Stayed 5 nights and was in a good place for all we wanted to do. 45 min north to Rockland for Lobsterfest, Portland about an hour and Boothbay Harbor only 15 min.

Great location, very clean and matched the listing. Easy to get to many places like Boothbay, Botanical Gardens and coast.

Beautiful view from deck. Great location and condo was nicely arranged. Handrail was rotten and needs replacement. It would be great if the handrail extended to the steps for the elderly with mobility issues. I would definitely stay there again.
