NEW Colorful, IG Worthy Dreamhouse - Sleeps 8

Dreamhouse Austin is MORE than just a place to sleep–it’s a total experience! This home combines colorful art, a pink barbie kitchen, disco balls, neon signs, and more to create a stay that is both photo worthy AND comfortable (with plenty of space and amenities as well). Each room is meant to provide a unique experience with a multitude of colors and design. With photo/selfie opportunities around every corner, we have no doubt you’ll make memories that will last a lifetime.

The Property:
This 2 story home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and sleeps up to 8 guests–perfect for girls trips, bachelorette parties, or other getaways! Guests have access to the entire property and ALL its amenities including: 2 Smart TVs(with streaming), super high speed Wifi, kitchen with all appliances/supplies, private backyard, grill, washer/dryer, plush bedding, multiple “get ready” areas, board games, blow dryers, and more!

LAYOUT
Living room:
Walking into the main living space, you’ll feel like you *literally* stepped into Barbie’s dreamhouse. With custom girly artwork from NYC pop artist @jwolffstudios, a pink bar with TSwift coasters, hot pink chairs, a disco ball planter, sequined pillows…need we say more Plus, no fighting over bathrooms! There’s already 2 upstairs…with another half bath near the front door!

Kitchen and Dining:
The iconic pink kitchen is what dreams are made of, and the one-of-a-kind pink cabinets were the first renovation in the home! The kitchen is fully supplied with all the appliances(including a keurig) and the cooking necessities you’ll need. The dining room seats 8 and has a gorgeous tropical mural/blue chandelier!

Pink stairs/”Hall of country Queens”:
Of course we painted the stairs pink! As you head to the bedrooms, you’ll climb the pink stairway and see more custom artwork by @jwolffstudios (including sparkly paintings of Dolly, Beyonce, and Taylor herself). There’s a neon sign selfie moment and a full bathroom down this hallway as well.

Bedroom 1(primary)-
We call this the “glam room” because it includes plenty of space and light up mirrors to get ready for a night out! There’s one Queen bed and a pullout sofa(which is incredibly comfy) + a private, full bathroom.

Bedroom 2-
Our “retro room” includes a groovy, hand painted wall, a wavy pink mirror, and a disco ball lamp(SO fun)! There’s one Queen bed and a big walk in closet.

Bedroom 3-
The “Austin skyline” room is one of our most colorful. With another custom @jwolffstudios painting of the Austin city skyline, bright pillows, and a rainbow rug…bedroom selfies are a must. It includes 1 Queen bed and 1 single bed.

Parking:
There is a private driveway that can fit up to 4 cars. PLEASE DO NOT park on the street in front of someone else’s home.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house and all its amenities. A door code will be provided to guests prior to each stay and will be changed ahead of the next stay for safety purposes.

Other things to note:
-Follow @dreamhouseaustin on both IG and TikTok and please tag us if you post content during your stay!
-No parties or events allowed unless approved in advance. Additionally, no more than 8 individuals can be on the property at any time unless approved.
-Commercial shoots are not allowed under the standard VRBO reservation. Please contact us directly to inquire about photography shoots, content days, or parties.

RULES:
No smoking
No pets(without prior approval)
Quiet hours between 10pm-10am
No using the fireplace
No glitter/confetti/tape on walls
No parties/events
