Nice and clean with comfy bed ( and night saving blankets ) kids had a blast with the neighborhood bunnies and the park. Every thing worked with zero maintenance problem!

Love the house! Perfect location for us. Grateful the dog had space to roam. Only issue was the ceiling fan light in the king bedroom doesn’t turn off without turning the fan off too. We tried the remote, but it only adjusted the fan speed. The bathroom doors are also a bit odd - frosted glass on both doors. Adds some whimsy!

Well for starters there were no remotes to the down stairs TVs- Which I think I should be refunded a small portion of my fee. We were unable to turn on any of the TVs the whole time and were told to look for the remotes ourselves. The problem never got solved and so my family of four had to watch TV upstairs if we so desired... While the manager was communicative it really wasn't acceptable in my opinion. The house was also not equip with cook ware for a family i.e- Tupperware there were no spatulas either. It seemed to be very much like the owner had not ever rented this property out before or maybe had an experience themselves renting a VRBO. I would absolutely take this down as a family friendly property as there was nothing about this property that was family friendly i.e. the stairs were unsafe, it was somewhat dirty, no plastic dishware, not babyproofed, no highchair or pack n play provided, the backyard was pretty dirty and the rug was very unsafe for adults and kiddos. The house you could tell had not received updates in a while. If you are looking to impress I would recommend going with a different option. I would also say that when booking this is no where near walking distance to anything. You are pretty stuck if you don't have a car. All in all I would not stay here again.

Property manager was very responsive to us and super understanding when we had to edit who was staying with us. Even though one was the day before we got there. It was our wedding weekend and the numbers kept changing for people who stayed with us. They made sure to keep in contact with us and that our weekend would be the best possible!

The overall stay was fine, yard could use update along with kitchen. but overall fine for price.

We came to volorado springs for a medical appointment. This was a great location. It was close to the mountains with a beautiful park with a walking path a block away.

Really great spot in a nice little neighborhood with quick access to all things. House was perfect - back yard was really great in the evenings.

Absolutely loved this rental. Traveled with my sister and mother with her small dog. House is well equipped including a small crate for dogs. Neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Park for walkers right down the street. Close to restaurants (Oliver’s Deli is wonderful) and grocery. Nice sitting area in backyard along with gas grill. We hung out in the cozy family room every night. Highly recommend!

Wonderful area, quiet, clean, safe. Would definitely stay here again. The only improvement I would ask for is a full size coffee pot. The 5 cup pot was a little small for multiple adults to have coffee in the morning.

The neighborhood is quiet, and house is in a good location.
