Check in was easy, the beds were very comfortable, and the home had all the essentials we needed. The location is prime, with a park and restaurants very close by.
We normally stay in Abingdon for our Creeper ride, but decided to check out Damascus for a change. The location was great as were the accommodations. The only complaints are they had no wine glasses, and the can opener was difficult to use. We’d stay here again.
We enjoyed the property. It was perfect for our stay and we had a great time in the area. The managers were very responsive and great to work with.
Great place close to everything Damascus has to offer. Very clean, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend this property.

I was traveling with my family for the NASCAR race. The house is in a wonderful area and is clean and nicely decorated. However, the bedroom my husband and I slept in had a broken bed that was being held up by books. The house did have a wet smell, after a brief walk through of the house we found the smell was coming from the basement that had water in it. It is in a town with lots to do and in a great location. We just hope this will be taken care of properly for future visits.
This house had so much space, and was a great fit for our large family! We have one small daughter with sleep issues and discovered the sunroom was a very quiet place for her! We really enjoyed being so close to everything and able to ride our bikes down the creeper trail and straight to our rental. Kitchen was well supplied, we only needed to provide groceries. Abundance of towels and bedding. House was very clean. Local contact was very responsive and helpful!
The location was perfect. NOTHING was needed., everything was supplied.
Nicely furnished. Clean. Street parking only for 1 hr at a time so you have to move car. Ant problem in kitchen and when I called Evolve they told me to contact local property manager but Wasn’t sent their contact info. Needs to have a sharp knife in kitchen utensils to cook.

We stayed here for a long weekend. Lovely older house but in really great shape. Great location, right across from the Mill and two blocks to the main street. We really liked the large front porch.
Nicely renovated older home in a good location in Damascus. We were there to do the Creeper Trail and it was nice to walk to the bike rental/shuttle which was very close by. Comfortable beds, communication with the host was quick and easy, well stocked kitchen. We liked hanging out on the front porch and utilized the corn hole game that was on the back porch. The basement sump pumps made quite a bit of noise so using the daybed wasn't really an option for sleeping.
Every thing was fine except no additional trash bags and the outside trash bin says trash has to be bagged

This property was the perfect spot for our girlfriend getaway to ride the Virginia Creeper Trail! Location was great to easily walk to a restaurant or bring carry out to the house. Loved the old house atmosphere with up to date amenities.
Customer service was great. When I called to ask where the iron might be, the host immediately went and bought an iron and ironing board! We very much appreciated this. The town was adorable and friendly. The house was tidy and very accommdating.
