Guests are welcome to dock their boats at the property. Please feel free to tie up to the dock as needed. However, boat lifts are strictly off limits and should not be used under any circumstances.



The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a starter pack of essentials, including:



1 paper towel roll

2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom

3 dish pods

3 laundry pods

3 trash bags

1 new sponge

Coffee: 5 K-cups or 2 bags of ground coffee

Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are included!
