Stayed Feb 12, 2024We had a wonderful two week stay at Sammy’s beautiful Cape Coral home. His attention to detail in everything was the best we have ever seen in a VRBO rental. The home was beautifully decorated and welcoming. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms allowed us to spread out the week we had family in town. The pool was so fun for the kids and adults with many a volleyball game played as well as pool noodle races. The kayaks were used to explore and fish were caught off the dock. All in all an amazing experience! Sammy was quick to respond to our questions which was so appreciated. Thank you, Sammy, for renting to us. ?

Stayed Dec 26, 2023Nice, new property in a quiet neighborhood. Pool is heated and outdoor grill was awesome. Beds very comfortable. Owner is a good communicator and easy to work with.
