New Caldera Springs Luxury Home

The property is gorgeous and located in the perfect location. This is our second rental of the house for our annual Girls Trip we’ve been doing for 25 yrs. The beds are super comfy, the decor so cozy, bathrooms perfect for everyone to shower and prep in privacy. The view from the living space, fire pit and hot tub is so relaxing. Everything you could possibly want or need from the comforts of your own home is already here. Host communication was so great. The check in directions sent a week before our trip mistakenly went to email trash so we didn’t get it. In a panic while traveling in and out of cell service on our 6 hr drive, Tom (owner) came through getting us all the info we needed and even checking to make sure we made it safely.

House was clean, quiet neighborhood, close to the mountain for skiing and local places to eat. Host was easy to communicate with. Great spot and likely will book again when we return to the area.

Great Property! Very spacious with a nice open layout for hosting the family. Rooms are private & nice for everyone to have their own bathroom. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub & fire pit, pool & gf course. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

We spent Easter weekend in the home and it was everything we expected and more. We highly recommend this home if you have family traveling with you. The bedrooms are quiet and it has great areas to gather for meals and playing games. Sunriver is very close for dining out and coffee.

This house is spacious and well-appointed, and it is so easy to get to Sunriver village, Bachelor, and Bend. The owner is quick to respond and takes great care to make your stay enjoyable.

If you have a trip with another family - the loft area above the garage is perfect for the kids to have their own fun place to hang out. I would definitely stay again! Perfect spot for two families with convenient access to Mt. Bachelor for skiing. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was the perfect apres ski activity. We also appreciated the flexibility of a later checkout—thank you!
