New Built - Clean - Comfort

The property was perfect. It had everything we could need for my family’s weeklong stay. With three kids (7, 10 and 13) the space to spread out worked very well. The closet in the master bedroom was wonderful for our winter/skiing clothes between trips to the mountain. The owner took great effort to ensure everything was covered. As always, it’s the little things that showed how important the quality of our stay was for the owner.

We really enjoyed our time at the townhouse. The properly was very new feeling,clean and well appointed with everything you need. Check in and out was easy and seamless. The location is great for those spending time in grand junction or nearby palisade. The neighborhood is in a good area and easy access to al sorts of Colorado adventures!

The house was wonderful. The neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. The house was very clean and gave our family plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and I was happy there was a clothes iron as well. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely house with lots of rooms to spread out, seemed very new. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, towels were plentiful & soft. Small snacks of local chocolates were a hit. We were able to stream a few of the TV apps without using our own logins which was nice.

Easily the cleanest and nicest VRBO I have stayed in. Kitchen, grill, bedrooms, bathrooms, washing machine all top notch. Having a super clean garage for gear was a bonus. Neighborhood was safe, secure and quiet. Should be coming back to Grand Junction next year. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

This must be the place... an understatement! This IS, THE PLACE!!! The property, ideally located near the Palisade wineries and Grand Junction , CO. The home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Thank you for sharing this lovely property. We'll definitely come back!

Clean, big rooms, easy access to everything,

Was the perfect first floor layout for us - we didn’t use the bedrooms or full bathroom on the second floor. Kitchen and living room were great and loved the bedroom, bathroom, laundry room layout. We parked our rental motorcycle in the garage overnight and our rental car in the driveway. Everything was comfortable and Rometta was very prompt with all communication.

This house is beautiful, well-appointed, nicely decorated, and the owner has thoughtfully provided some nice little touches to make the place just that much more homey. It is extremely clean, high end appliances and everything looks brand new. We had one question about help with the TV and got an immediate response. Would happily rent any time I’m in the area.

Beautiful new home in quiet neighborhood.

Property was clean, close to I-70 and grocery shopping. Ammenities were perfect and enjoyed the welcome basket left by previous guests. Owner was great. Highly recommend

Excellent townhome that is new and exceptionally clean. We could not find a flaw in the construction or a speck of dirt. Plenty of space and well equipped. This unit has air conditioning rather than evaporative cooling (swamp cooler) as do many properties in Grand Junction. We prefer A-C so that was a bonus. Shopping is convenient with easy access to grocery stores or downtown specialty shops. We have stayed in various hotels in Grand Junction over the past 10 years while visiting family and this is a far superior option with a cost akin to that of a much smaller hotel room.

This home is located in a perfect spot between Clifton (where we have family) and Grand Junction. Close to all necessities, and a modest drive to Grand Mesa, Arches, Ouray and more! The property owner is very professional and committed to a welcoming stay for guests. The home is spacious, new, in a quiet location and set up perfectly! We definitely hope to stay here again.
