113 E. Corral is a new concept featuring a resort style beach house. Imagine you are able to book a boutique resort beach house just for yourself and your guests This custom designed mansion offers 10 bedrooms, 10.5 full bathrooms. The amenities this property offers guests are amazing and include a private heated pool and hot tub, water slide, game tables, Indoor basketball court, ocean views, a 4th floor observatory deck, 2 EV Charging Stations, and more! This property accommodates up to 38 people. Each of the 10 bedrooms has its own bathroom and closet, making guests comfortable and able to have privacy when needed. Our home is perfect for family reunions, corporate gatherings and special events.

This vacation rental is one of the tallest single family homes and is one of the largest rental beach houses in South Padre Island!
Guests will enjoy the breathtaking 360-degree view of the island from the 4th floor observatory deck which includes gorgeous sunrise and sunset, fire work shows, fantastic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, Laguna Madre Bay, Port Isabel Historical Light House, Queen Isabella Causeway, and Space X.

This vacation rental home has 125ft of Gulf Blvd frontage and is directly across from beach access #3! (one of the very few beach accesses that have restrooms and a washing station). The third floor two east bedrooms (room 303 & 304) have gorgeous beach views from the bedrooms. Depending on the months, room 303 & 304 guests are able to watch beautiful sunrise directly from their beds. Guests wake up to a stunning view of the ocean every morning, and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves breaking. Every floor has rear balcony and stairs. Guests can choose to enter or exist the house from either inside the house or from rear balcony stairs

Need to exercise while you are on vacation This home has a workout station located on the 3rd floor where guests can exercise and and enjoy picturesque views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Guests will have plenty of parking to accommodate up to six (6) vehicles on the property. There are also public parking spots available on Gulf Blvd including a handicap space.

The 1st floor open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen are very spacious and are capable of accommodating large groups. Guests will love preparing meals with family and friends in this fully stocked kitchen featuring two (2) refrigerators, all stainless steel appliances, and filled with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
There is a powder room or half bathroom on the 1st and 3rd floor.

To accommodate even bigger groups, guests can book 1915 Gulf Blvd and 113 E Corral together (Sleep up to 72 people combined). These two houses are across the street from each other (Please see photos and our 1915 Gulf Blvd listing).

    Our large family had a great stay! The house worked out great with plenty of space, a great kitchen and common areas, and we loved using the pool. We contacted SPI Rentals a few times during our stay and they were extremely responsive and prompt. The beach access was very convenient and the bball hoop at the house was a fun addition. Highly recommend for large groups!

    Our stay was great. Everything was ready for me and family at the appropriate time. Beach access was great too, that is main reason we go the location. Having a bathrooms for every room was amazing, we had lot of little kids. Plus the basketball court was used a the kids play area, nice place for them. Great stay, recommend.

    Our family had the most special time gathering at this property. Everyone had their own space, and bathroom. The common spaces were well thought out and allowed for family meals and game nights. The kitchen is very well equipped for large party food preparation, it even had large pots for a shrimp boil! Having a heated pool was definitely an added bonus. The basketball court was nice for the kids to left off steam. We had some minor issues that were quickly addressed and taken care of I would highly recommended this property and will definitely rent through SPI Rentals again

    My husband Paul and I enjoy spending time with friends or as we prefer to call them 'family the we get to choose'. This year Paul and I decided to escape to a warmer climate with lots of fun activities to choose from. South Padre Island fit our criteria and the house we selected was perfect. It allowed everyone to have their own space and was walking distance to lots of good restaurants and fun activities. SPI Vacation Rentals was really terrific to work with and responded quickly to every inquiry. I highly recommend the property and SPI property management team.

    selecting a comfortable,average price, and amenities were included in our selection of this resort home on South Padre Island. We had 32 individuals with ages 88 to 3 years of age. In attendance. It is neat, furnished with durable furniture and most items that are used. The pool and hot tub were used the most. When something was needed SPI responded quickly and resolved the issue. We would definitely recommend this home and plan on renting it again in the future. We have fond memories of a family get together.

    We rented this house for a family get together and it was definitely a good size for everyone that could attend. My ONLY complaint is that in a house this expensive - we paid alot to stay there for just a few days, you would think you could get a hot shower out of it. The water pressure was AWFUL. We could not even take a hot shower. There was ZERO water pressure and barely ANY hot water in the 3rd floor room we were in. Other than that it's a nice house, we enjoyed the pool.

    It was a perfect location for several friends and family to stay together for a wedding on island. The individual rooms and bathrooms were great for each to have privacy and a place to step away from the crowd. ** the roof top view makes the entire place worth it!!! **each floor has its own air control **There were 2 coffee pots so very helpful with that many people **plenty to cook with for large groups **they did have travel size toiletries in bathrooms and each bathroom had a hairdryer ** Great location to beach access. **shower pressure is a little low with that many people **not a very big washer and dryer for a really large group, but still helped! Overall great place to stay and we so enjoyed it!!

    We have been coming to SPI for 23 years with our family & this house was by far the best one we’ve stayed at. I rated it a 5 because of the rooms, cleanliness, views, easy beach access, basketball court/room & space for all of our food & supplies. If I were to change anything about this home it would be the drainage of the backyard & the seating around the pool. When it rains, the French drain gets clogged and we had to go unclog it ourselves so we could somewhat enjoy the outdoor area. I would add additional drainage in the wall areas and there isn’t enough covered area to enjoy the outside on the main floor. These are minor considering all of the other amenities this home offers.

    We had an extended family beach vacation and this house had something for everyone. Beautiful views of SPI and the beach from rooftop deck. Comfortable beds and plenty of kid activities.
