Stayed Jun 2, 2026Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but enough issues arose that we would not stay here or rent through this management company again.The home is beautiful, new, well decorated, well stocked, and in a great location near the beach. Our kids loved the pool, fire pit, and shaded outdoor seating.However, we encountered several maintenance and communication problems. A strong smoke odor was present upon arrival, which was concerning because our daughter has asthma. Management said no one had smoked in the home, and although they provided an air purifier, the smell remained. We were also told the HVAC filters were changed regularly, but a maintenance technician later commented that the filter appeared very dirty and likely had never been replaced. Other issues included a broken bedroom fan, a malfunctioning vacuum, a heavily rusted grill with two burners that did not work, and a loud AC unit outside the primary bedroom window. The property could also benefit from replacing some of the rugs in the common areas, as they show wear and tear. Construction next door also created significant daytime noise.Communication was usually prompt, but follow-through was inconsistent. We were told cleaners would return the next morning, but no one arrived. After lawn service blew grass into the pool, we were told the pool company would be contacted, but we never received an update.While the home has many positives, the maintenance and communication issues made this a stay we would not repeat.

Stayed May 8, 2026The perfect place for a reset. Located off the main passageway through the island on a quiet street. Bedrooms were plenty and large with comfy beds and blankets. Kitchen was well stocked and blackstone was a plus! The pool was great for a dip in before and after the beach. We ate many meals on the upper patio. We enjoyed every bit about this place and look forward to coming back!

Stayed Dec 2, 2025Overall stay went well. Went during an off time which help with traffic and overall amount of people. Weather was fantastic. There are so many options for restaurants in the area with fantastic food and drink. Upon entering home, we experienced a heavy smoker smell. We did reach out to Roelens. Mel came out the next day and installed air fresheners. This did help mitigate it while we were there, however the smell stayed on our clothing, luggage, pack and play, and blankets. Clothing we can wash, but the other items we are trying to air out. The pool was dirty our first day. Roelens addressed this immediately and had the pool company come out same day. The pool was still dirty subsequent days, but was better. Pool heater stopped working for a few days, but again Roelens and Mel addressed this same day. Had it not been for the smoker smell and pool issues, this would have been a great stay. I specifically want to thank Mel and Roelens Management for their attentiveness and speed in which they handled these issues. Walk to the beach is short and easy. Just know most of the beach has construction and will for foreseeable future still because of the recent hurricanes.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025This property was very well listed and beautiful! The pool was very nice and relaxing for the whole family! The beach was also just a block away and very easy to get to! Mel and Cassie made our trip very personable and easy every step of the way! We would definitely book with them again!

Stayed Mar 8, 2025The only negative thing about our stay was the traffic on Estero Blvd. The house & proximity to the beach were awesome, but we had to allow 1-2 hrs to get to dinner anywhere more then 1/2 of a mile from the house when going northwest. Hopefully when construction near the bridge is done, this will improve.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025The house was beautiful, new construction, equipped with everything you could need. Kitchen appliances, cookware and leftovers storage. Beautiful pool which was a nice break from the sand of an otherwise beautiful beach. The beds are very comfortable and there were more than enough towels - beach & bath. There were beautiful breezes through the large sliding doors. The neighborhood was quiet which we preferred but also close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. We rented bikes which was key as the FMB traffic is currently pretty terrible Everyone we spoke with from the rental company was friendly, informative and responded immediately. The home was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. I would give 6 stars if possible! Thank you for having us!
