New Buffalo home prime Location Hot tub Firepit Walk to All

The house was clean and looked as the pictures, it was easy check in. The hot tub was nice . We didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit there was a bunch of weeds and old pine needles in it , also the grass was long and patio furniture and area had not been clean up , there was also some kind of animal that was living in the garage , there was animal scat all over garage floor. The location was very quiet and relaxing

Floors were not clean, and outside was not the cleanest. Also very musty smell when walking into the back of the house! Some suggestions would be to need a bigger couch or another comfy chair to sit in living room! And Bedroom with bath needs a dresser or closet access for clothes or at least a luggage rack/holder! Other than that it was a good location to downtown!

Close to downtown and was just what we needed for our quick weekend stay for a friend’s wedding.

Wonderful location and house! The yard was perfect for relaxing and reading. Kitchen had updated appliances that made meals so easy. AC and fans kept everything cool. The cart for the beach chairs and umbrella were wonderful and made the experience so much easier.

The key feature of the property was that it is walkable to shops, dining and beach access in New Buffalo. It was clean and offered nice layout with an extra bed/trundle and 2 bathrooms. The TVs are not streaming accessible and lacked instructions for use and host service was unable to troubleshoot. The house lacked personal touches of a home and included a book of many rules.

We had such a relaxing stay at The Sands! As soon as we arrived, we dropped our bags and headed to Barney’s—just a few steps away—to stock up on groceries for the weekend. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the main strip and Beer Church!The couches were incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the welcome binder and the variety of pillow firmness on each bed.The hot tub was the perfect touch for our girls’ getaway!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Property was immaculately clean. Well maintained, everything in working order. Plenty of room for the 3 of us on a college reunion weekend. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!

Very nice place to stay. Close enough to walk to most places. Would suggest to putting a mirror in each bedroom--hard to get ready having to share mirror in bathroom or the one in the living room. Needed blankets and owner responded immediately and brought them to us ASAP!! Hot tub was great!
