Stayed Nov 28, 2025I traveled from Arizona to Arkansas with my 91 yr old father. We met my sister & her husband for a 3-day weekend with a funeral. Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house was very clean & well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Everything we needed. Ben was a big help with the thermostat (I'm tech-illiterate). The hosts are awesome. Thank you so much!

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Property was clean and well stocked. The dishwasher was broke. There was a camera plugged in under a table in the living room. We unplugged it. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024House was clean and kitchen very well stocked with essentials. Backyard is large and mostly fenced with a nice big shade tree to relax under. Neighbors are mostly friendly and respectful. Close to a park and less than 15 min drive from Bull Shoals and White River. Overall everything we were looking for after our original booking had to cancel. Mattress in primary bedroom needs replaced it has a large soft spot that aggravated my back problems.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Great little property while visiting family, enjoyed the proximity of I Intown comforts. Quick drive from other locations and activities. House was extremely clean and well put together has all the comforts of home.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Brookie Inn was just the place to stay during our visit with family in the area. Location was easy to find, close to town and I think it was the cleanest place we have stayed in!!
