New! Beautiful 5 Bedroom Retreat | Hot Tub | Backyard

Yard was well maintained and a cozy home for many to enjoy. We had troubles starting the washing machine. We got an error message to empty an already empty washer. I believe we got it started properly. There was a dead mouse upon arrival near the kitchen area. There was also an older man sitting in his truck staring at us as we waited for our ride. He then moved to the car in front of him and continued to stare. It was rather unusual and made us feel uneasy…not sure if he was waiting for us to leave or just a creeper, but definitely weird.

Hot tub probably could be replaced in near future all jets do not work very well and water does not get hotter than about 101…second year in a row… kitchen well stocked but could use new Frying pans as current pans warped and wobble…with that aside excellent Stay….

House was perfect for our girls weekend. Hiking Tuamlo Falls was beautiful and the hot tub was perfect after a long hike. Would recommend this house for any group.

Consistent and timely communications from the host. Clean house with all the amenities for four couples and our dog. Great location near the Old Mill district and 30 minutes from Mt Bachelor. This was the perfect spot for our ski vacay! Would book again.

We selected this home due to proximity to our son’s house where we were congregating for Thanksgiving. We were pleasantly surprised by the kitchen supplies - roasting pan, garlic mincer - to name just a few of unexpected items we needed. Having access to the beautiful trails right out the back made daily walks a treat. Thank you for hosting such a beautiful property.

This is such a lovely house in Bend! The owner let us check in early to accommodate our baby’s nap schedule, and responses were quick and helpful. The yard is AMAZING for dogs! Our Vizsla had so much fun playing out back. Would recommend this house and would stay here again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Bend. There are just a few things that could’ve made our stay a little better. We had wasps on the deck in the backyard, which I texted the management company about and never heard back. My son-in-law had to deal with them and take down the nest. No one ever came to mow the backyard in the 10 days we were there and the grass got very high, to the point where it was difficult to clean up after our pets. In the description of the property there’s a play structure for kids mentioned that was not there and that was a little disappointing as I had mentioned it to my granddaughter. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rock Bluff house. Our family goes to Bend every Summer and the location of this house is great! It’s just a short drive to everything and we loved accessing the Deschutes River Trail from the back yard! We had plenty of room in the house and really enjoyed bringing our fur babies that loved playing in the back yard. We loved sitting outside in the crisp early mornings and listening to all of the many bird varieties too. We really enjoyed our stay.

We brought my son and 4 of his teammates to Bend for a tournament. It was perfect. Tons of space, conveniently located and thoughtful touches.

Home was perfect form 9 adults to stay in, everything in perfect working order, very close to all business in Bend. great running trail right out the back door. we definitely will rent this house again next year. House was perfect for our dog as a nice fenced yard is in the back.Andy LotzIkon Member

Location was perfect for our visitors. Close to our office and convenient location to Old Mill.

Overall nice home with 5 bedrooms, hot tub, and kitchen with all you need to cook. Fireplace produced plenty of heat. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to Old Mill District.

We enjoyed our stay. Good amount of space for a group of 10. Hot tub was nice.

The Rock Bluff, South West Bend home was ideal for our family to gather, and make wonderful memories.Perfectly located right off the Deschutes South Canyon trail, this basecamp offered adventurous access to hours of hiking enjoyment for both two-legged and four-legged family members.The hot tub and deck BBQ were perfect for grilling and after skiing warming up.Comfortable accommodations throughout made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!
