NEW! ARK Family Retreat w/ Game Room 3min to Ark!

Host was welcoming and easy to get ahold of. Coffee bar, water bottles and appliances all were great. Main issue were the beds. They were very hard and squeaked when we moved. Made for a rough night sleep. Plus the house needs some floor rugs to help with echo created in the rooms and hallway. Playroom was a plus and kids enjoyed that.

5 STARS! We had an excellent experience at this property. It is comfortable and the perfect home away from home. This location is very clean and had all of the amenities we needed, including a highchair and pack and play. Our littles really enjoyed the cozy book nook and bunk beds.We loved its accessibility to the Ark Encounter and short jaunt to the Creation Museum. Thank you for the perfect stay!

A great place to share with family for the weekend

Excellent. Premier. Don't hesitate to book here. True to description and better. Very clean and pleasant.It is less than 10 minutes from the Ark-we came home for a relaxing lunch and quick nap for littles. One of the best kitchens I have used with a VRBO for cooking for our allergy needs....well stocked and well thought out. Not crowded for our family of 8. The neighborhood is great, feels great, quiet. The decor was pleasant, they made great furniture choices for style and size to make it so pleasant. The kids loved the games downstairs AND the chess set upstairs. We have stayed at MANY VRBOs. This was TOTALLY worth it. They don't skimp on anything, it was a pleasure to stay there, felt like it was family. It was a blessing to be there. Don't hesitate to book here. Their Guest book inside doesn't lie, they are kept busy for a reason. Their heart was in everything and it was a blessing to be a guest.

This VRBO has it all! Nice, clean, and cozy! Great beds with extra bedding and pillows. I have never slept so well away from home. The game room is awesome. Property is in a quiet neighborhood in a convenient location to visit the Ark. Walmart and other shopping is close as well. And the owners are so sweet... easy to communicate with and very helpfuI. I would definitely recommend this place, and will be staying here again next time we visit!

This was one of best places we have stayed at. The owners thought of everything! My family really enjoyed it here. We came here to see the Ark Encounter. Home is nearby.There was lots of pool & AZUL games played. We ate dinner on the back deck every night. So peaceful. Loved that they had a book nook for the kids too. We truly felt like we could relax here.

Our stay was fabulous, so close to the ark; wonderfully stocked, coffee bar was fabulous as was the game room!

Property is close to the Ark Encounter. Boone is a described. Plenty of extra touches provided. Quiet neighborhood. Basement gameroom provides extra entertainment. We had no issues at all and works stay here again.

If you are visiting the area I would definitely recommend this beautiful property. Especially if you are visiting the Ark Encounter as it is only a few minutes drive to get there! The house was clean and easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loved the game room down stairs. Morning coffee on the spacious back deck was a perfect way to start each day!

We had a great stay at this accommodation! It was comfy and fun! Our two families, eight in total, loved playing down in the game area. The kids were really excited to stay at the ‘game house’. The family who owns the property is so kind. There were snacks upon arrival, a cute coffee bar and a fully stocked kitchen. This house was designed perfectly for families! The hosts had a convenient information binder to help with restaurants and other local information. We thought this was such a nice feature! They had a page introducing themselves and their business which made our stay feel more personal, like we were staying with friends. It is very close to The Ark Encounter and other amenities. Michelle was a great host, checking in with us over text message and she answered our questions promptly. She is a lovely host! Overall we enjoyed our stay. We found it easy to unwind, relax and have family fun at this house during our stay in Kentucky.

Very cozy, comfy home that is very close to many attractions in the area. My family and I loved coming back to here after our long days of exploring The Ark Encounter. We also went to Lexington to the Kentucky Horse Park that is 30min away. We were very sad to have to leave and go home, not only because we loved going to The Ark, but also because this vacation was truly relaxing and enjoyable. When we do head back we will most likely stay here again!
