*NEW* Amazing Paradiso Urbano – POOL;SPA;GAMEROOM!

Host was very welcoming. Great place to stay. Pool, hot tub and outdoor space were the perfect locations to soak in the gorgeous weather.

Very nice property with many areas to hang out. Nice attention to the little things. Wasn't a smooth check in but that could have been on my end as I am technologically challenged.

A great space for a large group!! Truly the best vacation rental experience I've had, comfortable beds, clean linens/towels, the place was super clean all around. Would recommend it & stay here again myself!!

This house was ideal for everything we wanted to see and do in SD! We had several trips planned from the zoo to the padres stadium and even a trip to Camp Pendelton. This location was easy to navigate and the house layout was perfect for a mixed family. Outdoor area is such a treat and the kids enjoyed the game room setup. Highly recommend!

Loved the location. 15 mins (max) to the Zoo, Seaworld, Downtown/USS Midway, Old town and 20-30 to the beaches and La Jolla. The house was very well appointed with plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked (plates, utensils, cups, coffee, tea, etc), beds were comfortable, pool/hot tub clean, etc. Top notch!

The good things about the property -- the pool, the game room, the kitchen was very well stocked with just about every tool we needed. The kids loved the pool and were in it at least 3 times each day -- definitely worth paying the extra to heat it. There were already some pool toys which was great as a way to help keep them making up games and playing. The hot tub was nice as well. It was a bit dirty, but the owners sent out the spa person to clean it as soon as we mentioned it. The game room was also very well received by our kids (8 and 10 yrs). Basketball was the biggest hit.The biggest disappointment was the location. The house is about 2 blocks from I-5, which is convenient for getting anywhere, but it also means there's almost constant highway noise. The plants and privacy screens in the back help when you're on the ground floor. The house is also on the path of planes in their final descent to the airport. At times, this means planes flying low enough to determine the carrier at about 5-10 minute intervals (which the kids turned into a bit of a guessing game -- southwest often won). The plane traffic does diminish overnight, but it is something to consider if you're sensitive to noise.Overall, the house was fine for our needs, and we just tried to laugh off the plane situation.

Had 7 of us stay for a conference near SD Convention Center. Great proximity to center and great place to stay

This was a beautiful place to stay! There were two things, not enough parking and the only view was a highway and neighbors. Other than that it was spacious and clean.

Wonderful spot to stay in San Diego! Very central location! Never had to drive further than 15 minutes. Went to the zoo, seaworld, downtown, Coronado island! Walking distance to great playgrounds and parks for the kids. This rental also had great amenities for kids. 10/10 would recommend!

Location was perfect right within 10 min driving of all our dinner and spots. Plenty of room for us all and beds were so comfy. The tvs all having access to apps already was a nice to have and a treat. Beautiful touches all around the home and perfect for a family on a trip to relax and spend time together

We had a great time in San Diego & Paradiso Urbano was a great fit for all our needs. It was in a great location, central to all we wanted to do - the zoo, LEGOLAND, Coronado, shops & restaurants nearby, etc. We had 2 families in our group with kids 8-10 years old & the house had something for everyone. The property was very clean & set up for entertainment & fun. Our only complaint was the PlayStation only had 1 working controller & the kids were pretty disappointed about that. Highly recommend paying the extra money to heat the pool & hot tub if you're visiting in Oct like we were. We got a ton of use out of both & the temps were perfect!

Really enjoyed our time here. The backyard is stunning and thoughtfully planned, with tons of comfy and clean seating! You could fit a LOT of people in this one (we only had 4 but there was loads more room). A few things that would have made the stay nicer would have been full length mirrors in every bedroom, gas in the propane tanks for the fireplaces outside, and some type of sound dampening (the walls seemed very thin). Otherwise we had a great time and really appreciated the hosts not requiring a lot of work upon checkout, just to toss towels on the floor and start the dishwasher. This is absolutely what a house rental experience should be like and we'll be back!

EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME. CLEAN, LOTS OF EXTRAS AND VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN QUESTIONS CAME UP. I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND STAYING. NEIGHBORHOOD WAS QUIET AND CLOSE TO LOTS OF STUFF TO DO. THANKS, WILL LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING WITH YOU AGAIN
