CHECKOUT
It is crucial that our cleaning staff have immediate access to the residence following the departure of guests. As a result, any late departure without the host's prior approval WILL incur a $25 fee per 15 minutes after the stated checkout time.

Guests will have access to the entire property, excluding the two-car garage and the owners' closet located in the laundry room.
