New 7 bed 5bath house w/ putting green, community pool/hot tub, backs up to park

The house was perfect for our entire family of 20. There was plenty of space and lots for all of us to do. Swimming pool, hot tub, fun arcade games and room to play games and do puzzles. We’ve started in several larger homes with this being one of our favorites.

Pros & Cons. Size of house was excellent and it was super clean. Fun arcade games for the kids and they loved the putting green in the back. Parts of the house are run down (paint in high traffic areas, carpet has holes, all the pool cues are broken) but our stay was comfortable and check in was super easy.

Kid friendly. We didn’t use pool or hot tub but saw lots of others doing so.

Our recent weekend at this house was absolutely perfect for our large group! We were in town for a softball tournament, and accommodating 21 guests across five families can be a real challenge, but this home handled it effortlessly. Each family enjoyed their own dedicated rooms and private restrooms, which was a huge convenience and made our stay incredibly comfortable.A massive bonus was the inclusion of two washers and two dryers. This was an absolute game-changer for a group of athletes, allowing us to easily keep up with laundry throughout the weekend!The game room was a fantastic addition, providing endless fun and relaxation for everyone after our games. Beyond the great amenities, the host was truly excellent and highly communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed from start to finish.The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful retreat, and the house itself was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a smooth group vacation.The only small suggestion we have for future guests, especially those planning to cook for large groups, is to bring large pots as the pots we had available were limited. Overall, this house far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for any large group looking for a spacious, comfortable, and well-managed rental!

We rent with VRBO for all of our family trips. This home was by far the best we have stayed in. The location was great, the home was very clean, comfy beds, equipped with everything we needed for family meals, and they thought of everything. There were beach towels, life vests, folding chairs and tons of extra towels!Fabulous home for a large family gathering.We rented it for our daughters graduation from Utah Tech.

Plenty of bedrooms and baths, almost new construction. Everything was great.

Great property for family groups

This was a perfect home for our group. Every family had a bathroom and bedroom, plus the older kids had a bunk room. We had a blast using the boogie boards in the garage as well!

This house is perfect for a family gathering.

The house was very clean. The kids enjoyed the arcade games. The game room was fun for all. We enjoyed going to the lake and using the kayaks. The swimming pool was walking distance and very fun for the kids as well. It was too hot to go hiking, but it’s close to many hiking places. The seven bedrooms was perfect for our size family.

This house was great for me and my group of friends who were visiting for a golf trip. It's right in the middle of all the amazing courses
