New 7 bdrm home (sleeps 28) w/ lake views, sauna, hot tub, & outdoor dining!

The house was as advertised, and the online description was accurate. If you have not been to the Branson area, the region is spaced out with many activities in various locations. The house is located about an 18-20 minute drive south of Branson Landing, and about a 35 minute drive north of Dogwood Canyon, providing a central location to both the typical Branson town attractions, as well as the surrounding countryside parks/recreation areas.Our door check-in code provided by the host did not work, so our check-in was delayed by 45 minutes.

This house was fantastic. Easy check in and check out. Clean. Great location. Quick responses. Everything was perfect.

The house held all of our families (8 adults and 6 children) together. House had all the kitchen gear we needed during our stay. The location and view was outstanding.

The view was breathtaking! We had not expected it to be so lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the outdoor pool too! We made great memories as a family. Our host was very responsive Thanks for a wonderful time!

The view of Table Rock Lake from the Lakeview Villa was stunning! We enjoyed the community pool and everyone in our large group were able to sit together for meals in the spacious kitchen /patio. Lakeview Villa has a great layout and the pictures of it online are the same in person. Had a great time!

We loved staying here! Great location for all of our planned activities and a wonderful house to relax and cook dinners in. Lots of room and great amenities.

Our youth trip with 12 kids and 6 leaders at Lakeview Villa was a hit! The 7 bedrooms worked great, leaders loved the king beds, and kids enjoyed the bunk rooms. The lake views were breathtaking, the hot tub was a hit, and ping pong battles were epic! The 85” TV and arcade games kept everyone entertained, and the kitchen handled breakfast well. If you’re contemplating booking, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it! The scenery is amazing, and pictures don’t do it justice. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing stay! Very clean and perfect for our family vacation.

We stayed here for a family reunion and it was perfect. Amenities were great, house was very clean, great view of the lake, and the owner was very responsive. Definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

The only complaint i have is that our stay wasnt long enough at this beautiful property. The host was very responsive and the house provided a warmth that made us feel like we were at home.

We had a great time staying here. The house was very clean and all the kiddos loved the bunk room! We made great use of all the fun games and the hot tub. The beds are very comfy also. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is perfect place for large families! We have 9 grandkids from age 2 through 14. There are 2 rooms with massive bunk beds. Our kids were in heaven. The game room is top notch. The rest of the bedroom are king beds with their own bathrooms. Amazing place for kids and adults. Hot tub, sauna and ping pong all a big hit! I cannot recommend this place enough! Also our host Scott goes above and beyond to accommodate, he's a super nice guy!

Beautiful view of the lake! Clean and well equipped with everything. No can opener (which I left ) otherwise it was a spacious place for my brood of three families!

We had 5 families (with kids 1-16 yrs old) stay on this property for a long weekend. The house was great! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The teens stayed in one bunkhouse and the younger kids stayed in the other one. It was nice for everyone to have their own spaces for sleeping/getting ready for the day. The beds were comfy and the bathroom had nice toiletries. The common spaces were great for the large group. Everyone had a place to sit for meals. The sauna and hotub were big hits. The kids had so much fun playing in the family room, the adults were able to play games/hang out at the dining room table at night. The house was clean, beautiful, sunny, comfortable, and fully stocked. Everyone wished we were able to stay longer!

Beautiful house with a great view of the lake. We really liked everything about it, the sauna and jacuzzi were amazing and the beds were very comfy.

Owner is great to work with. All issues and questions are answered promptly. Love the large table in the dining area! My whole family could sit at one table and enjoy our meals, laughs and conversations. The beds were comfy. And a playhouse for my granddaughters in their bunk room and games and pool table in the family room for my grandsons. Perfect place for a family get together.

Property was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious, clean, plenty of rooms. Things like the arcade, sauna and hot tub were excellent additions to a great stay.

Our group had a great time. They especially loved the view of the lake. It was a perfect place to stay for our Branson trip.
