New 7 bdrm home (sleeps 28) w/ lake views, hot tub, & outdoor dining!

Everything about our stay was great! Plenty of room for our group of 12 that was in town for a golf trip. The hosts are very friendly and the lake views were awesome. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Some things to address would be, although for the most part it was very clean, me being OCD I noticed extreme dust on the lights above the sinks in the bathrooms and above the island in the kitchen. I also noticed that in almost every bathroom, the caulking around the tub was not very clean. It’s almost like they mopped, and all of the dust congregated on the caulk and no one wiped it down. Other than that, the house was very clean. My other concern was, and I saw that someone else had made the same comment, that there were no measuring cups or spoons, but every single kitchen appliance you can think of was there. So while that was great the little things matter if you’re cooking at a house. We did leave a measuring cup that we picked up at the local market. Another thing was the AC, while it worked great there’s no returns in any of the bedrooms so the doors slam shut and it doesn’t regulate very good upstairs. The AC is also very very noisy upstairs. We also could not get the barbecue grill to work. It was something to do with the hose that connects to the propane. The downstairs deck only had one light working. At the indoor pool the smell of chlorine was so strong, our eyes and throats were burning within 3 to 5 minutes after we got there. We left quickly bc we had small children. As we were leaving 2 other families who had only been there a few minutes also was leaving and saying the same thing. That that can be very dangerous.

Great property

The house was perfectly clean. The mattresses were comfortable to sleep on and they don’t make noise when you turn. That’s so important when it comes to a needed restful sleep away from home. Kitchen was thoughtfully equipped. We found everything we needed and beyond. The house was so spacious for our group of 14 people. Overall, the place was exceptional compared to many high end homes we’ve rented in the area. The million dollar view from the deck overlooking the lake was something to behold! This house was about 20 steps away from the indoor pool, which was awesome when you have little ones. The house was equipped with many infant needs like playpens, high chair, and toys. The wiggly road to get there the last 4 minutes was worth it! We will definitely rent it again. Thank you for hosting us. Well done!

The downstairs with mini-kitchen and TV area was perfect for the girls to hangout.

We took a large group of college students on a weekend getaway and Cloud Nine was perfect!

The property really had everything needed. Lots of room for everyone and the beds were comfortable. There were a couple minor issues when we first got there but I reached out to the host and it was quickly resolved. If you have a large group of people I would definitely recommend booking with them. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a very nice home for our Labor Day weekend. Plenty of room. The kids had plenty to do and adults plenty of privacy.

Wonderful place. There are a couple of items that would have made the kitchen complete. Measuring spoons and cups, spaghetti server and large non-slotted cooking spoon. It was also different that we had to bring our own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Providing such low cost but necessary items would be great goodwill.

Overall, it was a great day. The large home was perfect for a family get together. The only downsides we noticed were community related. Both pools were so heavily chlorinated that the kids eyes burned and their hair felt like straw. Also, it was a pet friendly rental, which was wonderful, but there were not any places to walk a dog. I didn’t see a single blade of grass in the entire community. We actually had to drive to a park about 10 minutes away for our dog too go to the bathroom and get a walk-in.

I needed a place for our family reunion of 26 people. This place worked great for our group. It had 2 bunk bed rooms (great for the kids) and 5 bedrooms. Having 2 refrigerators was nice. The kitchen had a lot of cooking utensils and the grill was in good working condition. We had enough bath towels but there were only maybe 8 pool towels. The indoor pool is almost directly across from the home and the outdoor pool/splash pad is maybe a 3 minute walk from the home. This is about 20 mins to most attractions in Branson, which was fine and 10-15 mins to the state park and marina. Overall it was great and no big complaints. The grill was in good condition and had a full tank of propane. Read the instructions provided by the host multiple times. FYI, a nominal amount of shampoo/conditioner/soap/laundry detergent/dishwashing soap/trash bags is provided, so if you have a big group or will be there for more than a day or two you'll need to buy those things. Also, there is no hair dryer, though it advertises there is one. This was a problem for a few ladies in the group.

Home was enjoyed by all family members. The family really enjoyed the outdoor pool and especially how close the indoor pool was to the home. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to fix meals. Beds were very comfortable. We especially liked how each floor's air conditioning was very efficient and kept the home as cool as we wanted. We would definitely stay at this home again.

We stayed here with our children and grandchildren. We had the perfect amount of space with a total of 15. The kids enjoyed the onsite pool areas and the games that were at the house.

The house was exactly as advertised with enough beds to sleep all the families and kids comfortably. The upper deck was great for drinking coffee in the morning and watching the lake and the lower deck gave a semblance of privacy. The hosts gave us enough starter supplies to last nearly the entire weekend. The only negative as it came to advertising versus reality - there was nowhere close by for pets to do their business. We had to walk quite a distance over hot asphalt to find some mulch or all the way up the hill to the community pool to find grass. A little patch of pet grass outside the unit would have been perfect.

My family does an annual vacation together, and over the years the number of people on the trip has gotten progressively larger as my brother and I married and started our own families. This house is big enough to accommodate 3 families without us all feeling like we were on top of each other. It's also pet friendly, meaning our Corgi and our Shiba mix could come along for the vacation. Having two refrigerators came in handy as my family prefers to cook over eating out, so we brought a lot of groceries for the week.The only thing the kitchen could use was a set of measuring spoons/cups. We had to be a little creative to figure out measurements for a couple recipes.

Traveling with kids is work, especially 7 between the ages of 1 and 6. Cloud Nine turned out to be the perfect spot for our group to spread out, hang out and worry about essentially nothing! The amenities covered it all and made packing much easier! Our kids loved the games on the lower level, slept like a dream in the bunk rooms, and the adults enjoyed the outdoor porch space for morning coffee/breakfast and night time games and cocktails! The space was tidy and most importantly CLEAN, so I wasn't worried about helicopter parenting a kid so they wouldn't pick anything up off the floor. All questions before and during our trip were answered promptly. We would definitely stay at Cloud Nine again!

Place was clean. Had plenty of room for all of us ( 23 of us ) to sleep plus some. Games for the kids, hot tub and a onsite pool. Overlooks the lake. We stayed 2 days and it had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.

Spacious property with luxurious accommodations. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The house boasts ample space for a large family. Well worth the money.

Everything was excellent except for the water. We recommend bringing your own drinking water. Otherwise, it’s one of the best VRBOs that we have stayed at.

This property worked out perfectly for our group. We had all different ages with varying sleep schedules. The morning view was breathtaking. The couch in the main floor living room was so comfortable. The open floor plan was so nice when we would all want to relax and hang out. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay! Extended family stay over new years. Plenty is space and activities for the 6 kids (age 8-17) and the beds were so comfortable! Minor thing was some not super clean silverware in the drawer, but an easy enough fix. We’d definitely recommend Cloud Nine to others.Thank you!

We had an awesome weekend with our kids & grandkids! The house was beautiful, clean and lived up to what it was advertised as. The owners made the while process so easy and were attentive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely come back.

This home was plenty of space for our family of 20 plus 2 pets. We loved the lake views and the area in the basement for the kids to play. As an added bonus each bedroom had its own bathroom which made it so much easier in the mornings. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook some meals during our stay. We would most definitely stay here again. The price is amazing for how much space and bedrooms you get. However, be aware that there are no close proximity grassy areas for your dogs to do their business. We had to walk quite a ways to find grass. Also, the king beds are very very firm while the twin bunk rooms are softer. We’ll be looking for this listing again next year!
